β β β β β Usually no queue except during weekdays lunch hour. Kinda of slow when there's a queue. Tea brewed is pretty good as compared to some other outlets.

β β β β β Great place to get my bbt fix. However what I don't understand is they don't allow to add peach/honey to Roasted Oolong Tea but insist have to go for the peach oolong tea with pomelo and remove pomelo which costs almost double the price. Sales tactic maybe but honestly not very ethical as it doesn't make sense. As the drink is literally Roasted Oolong Tea + Peach.

β β β β β Bad customer service, made customer stand there wait for more than 5 mins while the staff continue paste the sticker on the cup for more than 10 cups ignoring the customer. Not even an apology .....apparently the staff seems to be on purpose to make the customer walk away.

β β β β β Just ordered Summer Passion Fruit 25% sugar. It taste bland with no passion fruit taste. It could be you have to order higher sugar level to bring out the taste. But still it would just be adding more sugar syrup with little flavouring.

β β β β β Sealing machine broke down, the staff poured my drink into another cup and tried resealing again to no avail. At the same time, another staff made a drink for herself that was similar to mine and upon realising that the sealing machine has broken down, she chose a slush lid so that the look and drink is still aesthetically pleasing while looking at my cup of mess, both staffs lack the initiative to do anything.
