★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The estate has a unique basement parking for each block which is also a result of poorly defined layout with serious accessibility within the common areas and passageway. There is hardly any void decks which makes the ventilation an issue, especially for the childcare centre and Resident corner nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 277A is the block furthest away from the MRT station, one of the most unique HDBs that comes with underground basement parking. Do note that this car park does not allow overnight visitor parking very unfriendly, after 10:30pm you have to park your car in the opposite HDB multi story carpark. Walking distance to Buangkok MRT station. All units here are 4-room flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspella are 4 rooms HDB flats that was built since 2007. The interior of a 4 room flat ar Aspella are smaller then the 4 rooms HDB flats at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3.
L-shape living room with a long hall way with a kitchen, 2 bathroom plus 3 bedrooms.
The only good thing is its 15 mins. Walk to Buangkok Mrt station and about 10 mins walked under sheltered walkway from block 277B to Ntuc Fairprice at Kopitiam city.
KFC buangkok branch,subway sandwich cafe and other amenities are located at Kopitiam City.
2 mins. Walked from Exit B Buangkok Mrt station
