Kevin is a very responsible and experienced professional who looks into the science of air conditioning. I’ve changed multiple aircon contractors who use the same methods which don’t solve the Mould problem. Kids still have nasal issues. His holistic approach has resolved our aircon problem. Most importantly, everyone especially the kids can sleep well with good air. I’ll not hesitate to engage his services again for a peace of mind.

Great service by Kevin, who provided honest evaluation on what service are necessary for my aircon. He took time to explain his cleaning methodology and captured before/after videos to share for my reference. He also shared tips on how to maintain my aircon and improve ventilation in my home.

Kevin is a rare find. I cannot say he is an expert in his field but i lean heavily toward it. That being said, and through our conversation, his experience and passion is remarkable. I think this speaks to his ethos which i have never encountered when engaging an aircon serviceman. I am usually quite skeptical when other servicemen dish out diagnosis or advice. Speaking with Kevin (who is the owner and who does this himself), one cannot help but take his recommendations with much seriousness. I think this stems very much from his passion, ethos and engineering background. The work he did is of high quality. He spent time doing a complete setup of waterproof sheets on the surrounding furniture. His equipment ensures that no nook and cranny is left unattended. As a somewhat avid DIY cleaner myself, i took note of all the parts of the AC he could clean that I or other servicemen are not able to (without dismantling the entire unit). He made sure everything was ok before leaving. if you want your AC unit to be in an off-the-factory-assembly-line condition, you need look no further. I am one very impressed and grateful customer.

A friend recommended Kevin’s aircon service and I must say it is superb! He is very thorough, knowledgeable and clearly has a passion in his work. His self-invented “machine” does the chemical wash/cleaning job neatly without water spillage or mess. Kevin is an expert and problem solver. Just chat up with him and you can immediately tell that he knows what he is saying. I have used his services for about 5 years and counting. He was able to solve almost all of my Aircon problems, where others can't. His charges are a bit steep, but u pay for his expertise and peace of mind at night. It's a small price to pay.

Kevin is an aircon guru. Can do troubleshooting and repairs. He shares his knowledge freely when you ask him questions. I feel safer doing chemical wash without cutting coolant pipes. Other aircon servicing companies focus on cutting price. Astiquer focus on clean and healthy air.

I really appreciate the services that Kevin has provided. This is my first time engaging him as my A/C was facing a leaking issue at the condensing piping area. I really appreciate how he reply my enquiry not with the intention of "getting business" but investigating the possible causes of the issue and providing simple practical advises FOC without asking me to sign up for his service. How Kevin carries out the actual job shows that 1) he respects the house owner 2) he treats each A/C as his own 3) his accountability 4) his pride in getting the issue resolve. Much has been posted by others by how he prepares his equipment with his own cover and wearing of clean slippers to avoid messing the place. I think this is a BIG BIG plus that shows respect. Many would prefer to work at their convenience to catch the next job but not for him. For my case as a newbie, he could have earned extra by cleaning my other unit of A/C but he is honest to tell that there is no necessity. His sense of pride to really get the A/C back to as close as possible "factory state" is indeed admirable. He also make it a point to ensure that the leaking issue is solve by checking up with me after he left. Of course I did read some of the negative comments that were posted. My conclusion after dealing with him is this: It's very rare to find quality service from the heart. Although it may cost a little more, it worth the experience and getting the problem fix. However one might need to have a realistic expectation. Just like you can't expect a highly skilled famous doctor to heal the most complicated issues let alone bring back the dead to live, in the same manner there is so much that Kevin would be able to resolve any issues. If you are the sort that wishes to throw responsibility to others without realistic expectation, I think getting the best person to resolve the A/C would not be the solution. One would be better to change the attitude. I'll definitely give him my recommendation for any who has realistic expectation and not stingy. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent! A rare to find in Singapore. Thumbs up and keep up your good service!
