★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must exchange gym card for a real access card to the gym which is so inconvenient, especially if you stay with 4 housemates. Also the dumpster truck can be quite noisy at 6am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice, location is very convenient, 5mins walk to mrt & lots of food nearby. Have to get access key from the GUARD HOUSE in order to use gym facilities which is quite an inconvenience.

Many units having bad layout with master room toilet cutting other room space, and some with room next to living room.
HDB is much a better alternative for if buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained condo. Near mrt. Comes with facilities : nice swimming pool, tennis court, gym, BBQ pits, etc. Lots of flowers within the estate. Near good primary school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is conveniently located near the less expensive yet High Quality food choices of Singapore.
Easy to find, and get in & out of, it has a decent (Shallow) pool, and it's best to visit the pool in the evening after the local children have gone.
It's relatively secure with a Guard at the gate, and Electronic key access points, with manual lock front doors.
The apartments themselves are modern and decent, with open air options for the climate as well as AC for when it's Really Hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small condominium. Located near paya lebar (5~10min walk) It has small pool and lounge that residents may patron to. Apparently the building and units are blocked from sunlight and thus bit dark overall.
