★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First week my laundry was mixed up with another person's. Then lost 7 pieces of clothing in 2 wash and folds. Astoria manager did not feel the need to take any action or to contact me. Had to go back 3 times before the employees in Orchard towers compensated me for the garments. Had to but new ones first and present them with the receipt before compensation. If it had not been for the local staff and my persistence, no action would have been taken. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuous problems with quality control and delivery on 2 separate orders. Suit jacket to be redone as it was delivered with more wrinkles than when it was dropped off. Had to go back to the shop three times for the second order as order was not ready for pickup on the promised delivery date, and gloves came back with white stains/ residue as shown in the picture. Look elsewhere for proper dry cleaning services.
