I have used Presto to dry clean all my clothes until recently when I opened a bag with a dress worth 400 SGD that I didn't use since I cleaned it with them 3 years ago. I used the dress at a wedding and I don't usually reuse the dresses I wear at weddings in another weddings, since the dress was a bit formal and I didn't have an event to use it again I kept it in the Presto bag. Last October (2016), when I finally got an occasion to wear it, I took it out of the bag just to find out that they have burnt it all over with the iron. I have dropped them an email and so far no response. I always trusted their service, dropping my stuff at Paragon and collecting in Toa Payoh, I have cleaned from winter coats to dresses, and I will now not recommend or use again this service. It's very ugly to spoil an article and didn't even let the customer know and it's a terrible customer service to not reply to emails (and better check all other items that I cleaned and still inside bags). They don't care about regular customers, if you decide to use this service, please check well your item when you collect it.

I sent my Chanel blouse which I bought only about two months ago for dry clean at PrestoTakashimaya but after I collected I found that two half buttons gone and some small holes at bottom. I went to look for them they told me they would send to head office. After that more than one week nobody made any effort to contact me. I called Taka Presto the lady told me that they found the two half buttons already and fixed only the holes cannot but claimed the holes were not obvious. They insisted the holes were caused by the buttons not their fault. I went to Taka this morning and saw the two ugly buttons that they fixed. The residue of glue all on the buttons. And they moved the faulty buttons from center to bottom without my permission in order to make these two not obvious. I couldn't accept what they had done and not owning up their mistakes. The lady also told me the maximum they would compensate me is $150 and they would retain the clothes. The whole thing is not finished yet. But I am so disappointed. I want to share and let everyone know my experience and don't send your clothes to Presto.

Have used this place several times and this time was the final straw. Each time I've taken a suit there, the time for the regular sevice varies from a couple of days to this time being told over a week which is when the the express service was apparently the only option where I could've had my suit back before 7 days! When I got my suit back a day later after taking the express service, one of the lapels had been incorrectly pressed and they have tried to correct it by re-pressing which has made it worse (two creases). It also came back with one of the main buttons missing! This was a new suit and was the first time it had been dry cleaned. I have to fly to China tomorrow for business meetings and have just discovered this and am furious. So, if you want to get scammed into the express service and then have buttons pulled off, plus a terrible pressing job, come to Presto at Paragon!

Out of 5 garments I dropped off for cleaning only 2 came back clean… No damage to the other ones but they look pretty much in the same condition as when I dropped them off initially…

My husband and I have been using the Paragon Presto for over five years. Betty and Jo are always very friendly and welcoming, and we always exchange jokes and conversation with them while we are dropping off our laundry. The service is excellent, both the load wash and the dry clean. We make a special trip to come to this location every week, partly because the cleaning services are excellent, but mainly because we enjoy doing business with Betty and Jo. I highly recommend making this your regular laundry service.

I had a wonderful experience using Presto for my down coat. Although this was supposed to be a temporary arrangement, I am so pleased with the service provided that I’ll be returning in the future. The staff have left me with peace of mind with their handling of my relatively expensive garment and I’m sincerely grateful. They’re also professional and highly personable in when providing face to face service. I’d also like to commend their honesty since I forgot to take my AirPods Pro’s out of my coat pocket! I contacted them the very next day via WhatsApp and phone and they were very swift finding a resolution. If you’re looking for a highly competent, professional and courteous outlet for your cleaning services, you’ll be well looked after by Presto.

Rude. Had left one piece of blazer for dry cleaning. First staff asked for receipt, I told her I had forgotten to bring a receipt, but I have the sms with the acknowledgment code. She condescendingly replied 'Of course you need one' and walked away to the back. The next staff came and asked for my mobile number and proceeded to hand me the blazer, and explained it would be good to have a receipt.

They treat customers horribly and they don’t know how to handle winter clothes. I sent my wool sweater with fur sleeves for cleaning, and it came back with my hair still in the sweater and the soft and lustrous fur turned to stiff dog hair. I have had that sweater since 2018 and wore them to skiing, NYE parties, art shows, company event, and had so many memories with it. This was my favourite sweater and after Presto completely ruined it, they offered me a $10 Presto voucher, as if any sane person would go back after such a shocking incident! I let it go and switched to another dry cleaner at the time because I was busy, but it was a traumatizing experience. Don’t go there and save yourself a heartache.
