Atico Lounge - #56

Didn't manage to get the Sep21 1-for-1. Anyway went to experience the ambience and Hi tea. Manage to get the corner window seat facing MBS. Beautiful view for sure. Unfortunately the food had nothing to praise about. Nothing special and some items no restaurant standard at all. Sorry guys I think with the brand, need to improve on the taste.

Exquisite High Tea Singapore ?????????? My boyfriend brought me here on eve of Deepavali last year. This place is beautiful. Perfect bird's eye view of Singapore. ~Amazing, high tea buffet you should not miss out on, bring your beloved here, Worth it! The best place in which you can enjoy a splendid meal, view, and the atmosphere. The service was excellent.

Missed my coffee order until it was cold. Waiter didn't have sense to check and follow up on orders, had to ask for a replacement. High tea is expensive and totally unworthy of the price it charges. Even the background music is lousy. Only good thing is the view, splendid.

Excellent service from Loki (hope I spelt your name right!?). He was attentive, friendly and a fun guy. Made our evening very enjoyable. After this experience, I invited my friends to visit the Atico for a birthday celebration. Again, we had an amazing fun time, thanks to Loki and Zai (who I meet on the second night) for making our evenings so fun and memorable. Will definitely be back.

High tea set promotion is really value for money. Decent mix of sweet and savouries, but we’re really here just for the view. 4 stars because the fries here are really good!!! Im not a fan of fries but wow the fries here are really addictive. Thinly slices and served with sauces.

Very disappointed with my visit on Sunday at 1 pm. We ordered two portions of high tea which was way over priced with very few items at $48 each person. The food was average and not really worth the price in my opinion. The place was quite empty, but the waiters are not proactive (eg. never refill the water). They were also doing some maintenance and it was very noisy. Separately, the only thing good was the truffle fries. The pulled pork sliders were OK too.

We had a mixed experience here on two separate occasions. The first time I went, it was difficult to get any service to order food and drinks, however when we finally managed to get their attention, the server who attended to us as well as the manager on duty that night was friendly and amiable (28 Jan 2022, 730pm). I wanted to give the place another chance and this time around the service was fine but the manager on duty was curt and unwelcoming (1 Feb 2022, 630pm). The redeeming factors were probably the view, some of the nicer servers whose names I did not get unfortunately and the cocktails were nice for the most part as well. You could definitely retrain your manager in question to be more courteous and hospitable towards the customers and also ensure that your staff are on standby in both sections of the lounge for them to be more attentive to the needs of the customers. It's a pity but I don't think I will be spending my time and money here in the near future.

Cozy Lounge With Incredible View! A fantastic way to end the night with a glass of cocktail. Atico Lounge cozy and relaxing with a birds eye view of downtown Singapore. Their cocktails are good and is quite affordable at $18++. We tried their shoestring fries and I love it! I know its just fries but there’s something about how crunchy it is and the dippings are equally as good. Enjoyed spending the after dinner drinks here and service was amazing too!
