She really takes her time to display varieties of solitaire diamond rings and explain me very well until I get the best choice for my fiancé. Overall experience is excellent with soft background music and professional sales. The best part is there is no hard selling here.

Sandar worked with me and never made me feel less for looking at some less expensive rings. Once we found the ring that worked for me she had it sent off for sizing. Ring was ready a day early and that was great! Thanks Lee Hwa and Sandra for a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ring, and received the ring with engraving done by hand in-store, with a rough finish plus comes with non-uniformed space lengths between words. Only then we were informed of a laser engraving option. Upon opening a new invoice for this, service staff even measured the ring size wrongly despite using a ring ruler. So now, we got to pay to remove the first engraving done in-store, followed by a month's wait for laser engraving. Be warned. If you're not meticulous, you'll be given poor quality workmanship. If you don't ask questions, you'd have to bear with consequences as staffers are not upfront and honest post sales. Zero service in-store, would not wish upon anyone else having another terrible horrid experience here.

She also offered to clean my other pair of earrings. Would definitely return in the future. I'm satisfied with my purchase. It would have been wonderful if emerald cut studs were available.
