★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 29 January 2021, Walk in & bought a 6 Mango Mouse {MM} (Square) @ION for a birthday celebration. The service staff was courteous, polite and helpful. Even when we requested for an additional carrier bag, no questions asked. She politely informed to be excused to serve an earlier customer order. The MM cake was an excellent choice and delicious. Rive Gauche outlet @Vivo had good customer service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The star favourite is the Guanaja Cake, rich and decadent chocolate with crispy wafer. Repurchased so many times and it never disappoints! Strawberry Shortcake was average, soft sponge cake with generous strawberries. Lavender Earl Grey was a hugeeee miss, the taste and aroma was weird. Feels very artificial and too perfumey. Ordered via the official website for 3 full cakes to hit $120 for free delivery. Rive Gauche is one of the best cake shop for great chocolate cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Signature Guanaja for my sister's birthday on 16 Oct. Went down to Ion to get that cake because birthday girl wanted something with a crispy base.
Chocolate cake was very rich and sweet. Taste delicious on the first bite and becomes very "jelat" at the end of the slice.
Thank you Rive Gauche for the little surprise found by the birthday girl within her slice. A small piece of packaging paper to our disgust.
