Eighteen 77 selling price and services is top notch. Bought a pair of Dali Oberon 5 and Oberon Vokal Centre Speakers during Lazada 6-6 & 7-7 respectively. Worked very well with my newly bought Denon 3700 AV Amp...Special mentioned to Yvonne who is very friendly and helpful. Kudos & thumbs up!??

Arvind and Yvonne were friendly and helpful in arranging for audition at the showroom, and troubleshooting issues in installation. Their replies given in helping to set up the speakers were prompt and precise. The speakers were relatively easy to set up.

Was shopping for a floor stander a few months back and found this shop. Was served by Arvind and received excellent service, managed to have 3 separate audition appointments before finally deciding on a pair of B&W's. Arvind was always very helpful, genuine and even gave a very competitive price. I'm extremely happy with the speaker and Denon amp. Arvind even helped me get a replacement remote when it broke just 2 weeks after delivery.

Earlier this year, I purchased a Bowers and Wilkins 800 series speaker via messaging with audio consultant Yvonne. Initially, I had enquired about a speaker from the more affordable 700 series. Even without the assurance of a sale, Yvonne proved to be very patient, perceptive and well-informed, answering with the utmost expertise my queries about other models from the other speaker brands stocked by Eighteen 77. She knew the specifications and characteristics of all these speakers. I was so impressed that I put a down payment on the B&W 705 without the need of an audition. A few days later, tempted by the higher 800 series, I messaged her again for advice. Without being aggressively pushy or condescending, she laid clear the advantages to be had by moving up to the B&W 800 series. It was then I upgraded my purchase to the 805 which I have been enjoying ever-since. I have purchased audio units from many shops at Adelphi for over two decades and Yvonne's keen acumen and customer service is the best I have encountered. What makes it amazing is she is the first lady sales consultant I have dealt with. Impressive! Thank you Eighteen 77.

I was truly amazed with the support that I got from Arvind while we were finalising our Dali Speakers !!! He was very professional and went out of his way to ensure we finalised what we wanted. The shop has a good variety of speakers and they give us the freedom to choose freely without any pressure !!!

Bought my first Dali speakers and was very happy with the support of Yvonne who allowed me to audition the unit extensively, and allowing me to also compare with other models.
