I was already intending to get the Arc however he was still patient in answering all my queries. He also introduced the rest of the Sonos family which definitely impressed me. Glad to say, the whole Sonos family is on its way to me now, starting with the Arc. Love the sound, the aesthetics, and especially the ease of set-up. Thank you for the Bundaberg root beer too! Definitely an icing on the cake!

I was just trying to see if I can get it delivered today and I am willing to pay the delivery cost. Harrison helped to arrange for the delivery and did not charge me for it. I am really very thankful to what he has done and he is indeed a very customer oriented person. I hope that the company can compliment him in some way for his great job. It is really hard to find such kind person now.

I am genuinely impressed by their proactive aftersales support. Had to do a 1-1 warranty exchange for the Cinema 600 and they were out of stock and instead of making us go to their service centre with the bulky subwoofer in tow - only to get news that it’s out of stock - they contacted me personally to inform me that the new stock will arrive in late April/early May and that they can instead arrange for a collection of the old soundbar during the delivery of the new one. I agreed of course. I’ve had to deal with quite a bit of customer support and I am well aware that we as customers should try to set realistic expectations with them - they are employees like the rest of us, and are limited by runbooks and processes. They do their best. But TC Acoustic is special, and whatever and however they are doing this, have thoroughly impressed me. I can just sense the immense pride they have in fulfilling their service obligations and I’m glad I purchased these items with them. And yes I’m already eyeing that the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) and Sonos Arc in a year or two, and you won’t have to ask where I’m getting them from.

Delivery was as prescribed, driver came in early when i was around at home, item was hand over in good conditions. Back to the headphones, The vintage look from the headphones make me buy it & Marshall brand is well known. Sound quality is Superb, Ear design is cushion & comfortable to wear for long hours, Everything Rocks & Awesome!!! Overall 10/10 for the service & product.
