โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service, i made an order for 4 items available in stock on 8 August but till 19 August I received only 1 item, I have called to check, the staff told me 3 items more will be delivered in 2 times more, one for this week ( don't know what day) and one for next week. Why so bad? Items in stock but take so long for delivery

โ โ โ โ โ My friend and I went to Jurong East lifestyle centre to collect the items we bought from online ,the staff Xiaoqun is very helpful and friendly. Thou she was very busy she managed to help us in whatever we needed. the place is very convinient to collect the items .

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service attitude, went on 21/10/20 morning person in charge wasn't helpful at all, gave cold shower for ppl that not familiar with collecting of products. She even mentioned only members can be there to collect products!? If I'm not a member how on earth do I need to be there? Did she know her job well or simply need more training?
