I have registered myself more than 2 months ago at the Liat Tower AP Boutique for acquisition of the 50th Anniversary AP Royal Oak. Till now, the AP shop has not yet called me so I made a trip to this boutique shop again to ask them on whether did I missed their call or not or how long more I need to wait before I can view & acquire this watch. Guess what? There is a men who claimed to be a security guard telling to re-register myself again! I’ve asked the security guard on the reason why I need to re-register myself again & his reply was to make sure I’m in the queue to view the watch! He also told me the max number of visitors to the boutique is 2 pax per day & it is not the fault of the boutique but blame it on the S’pore gov who set these rules! I’m seriously wondering whether AP knows that as long as the person is fully vaccinated he/she can enter into the shop! Other boutique shops like Hour Glass, Cortina, LV, Hermes, etc, are welcoming many customers queuing outside their shops! It seems like AP boutique only serve their preferred & rich customers & won’t even bother to return your call or serve you if you’re not in their preferred customer list. This type of preferred customer don’t even need to register yourself to go to the shop! My advice to people out there please don’t bother to buy or view an AP watch if you’re not a super rich person as in the first place you’re not inside their preferred customer list! Myself I’m currently owned an AP Lava & AP Safari which are acquired from an overseas boutique shop plus 13 other watches like PP, Rolex, Omega. This unpleasant experience with the S’pore AP boutique shop, I think it is better for me to spend my money with other boutique shop as I don’t think AP will be inviting me to visit their shop within this year. Even if they invite me over to their shop to view the watches & when I want to acquire the watch they will simply reply back to me as it is already sold out & will input my name & watch model into their waiting list which I will need to wait for another 5 years again. Another tactic used to blush off a customer! ? I’m posting my experience to let other people to be aware of what to expect & will be experiencing when you visit an AP Boutique shop in S’pore especially the Liat Tower shop.

Very customer oriented team, especially the tall malay gentleman always a smile and greeting to customers! We have been here on several occasions and without fail the same malay tall gentleman will greet you with a big smile made us felt welcome this is first impression and most important

Under par service. They didn’t count the links when I left my watch for repair and I forgot to make sure! Counting links is so standard in any good watch repair that I have experienced, and no less AP is the more expensive watch so each link with gold and diamonds are very expensive to replace!! Very disappointed. When watch came back from repair after 3 months and cost 2k, it was presented in their box and I was just going to carry it back home. But last minute decide to open from box just to look and to my surprise the clutch was not attached to the watch!!! Keeps you wondering if they have put the number of links back and why haven’t done the basic due diligence before giving a watch back to customer? Also they are not keeping up with the basics of digital age. Website iludes you to drop by their service center but when I arrived to store security said need appt. Every other watch firm is open to drop off repair items, but if AP wants to be different it’s ok, BUT update the website to inform the public!

Visited the boutique 2 months ago and Angeline has been helpful to a new to AP client in sharing her knowledge in the different line up and models AP has to offer. Looking forward to add a first AP to my luxury watch collection.

Absolutely wonderful and welcoming right from the moment I step into the boutique. Mr Kelvin is a very friendly person. Special thanks to Ms Teresa Tang. Very cordial and professional staffs. Made an appointment with the boutique and met with Dylan. Had a good chat on the current range of watches, colour combinations and complications. Also appreciate the advice from Dylan on a suitable dial size for my wrist. Hope to be able start my relationship with AP soon!

Best boutique experience in Singapore. I was welcomed by Angeline a couple of weeks ago who took time to walk me through my preferred models as well as the AP history. Thanks a lot Angeline, it was a wonderful experience. Kelvin did a great job as well when welcoming me in the AP boutique. Looking forward to taking my wife to this place and experience this welcoming staff again

Kudos to my service advisor Teresa for getting my wife her AP Royal Oak within 1 month! The watch is simply perfect and she had provided impeccable service and will go the extra mile to help her clients with their requests!
