One of my long-awaited piece was listed by WatchBox. After some careful research and homework, I decided to reach out to enquire more. Sandy assisted me meticulously throughout the entire acquisition process. From answering all the technical queries to timely updates on the timepiece as it had to be brought in from their overseas office. The watch arrived in less than a week from the day of confirmation. Cozy and private office centrally located but away from all the hussle & bustle. Excellent After-Sales support and service as well. A great experience with WatchBox Singapore. Horrendous experience from Sandy. Repeated emphasising the fact that I came without an appointment and I felt so unwelcome. When I asked about the price of the watch on showcase she asked me to refer to the website. She sounded like gangster and really so unprofessional with her language and words used. There wasn’t any customer around so why need appointment. Edited and to add on, 2 days ago S harass me to through fb and asked me to delete my google review. Hi Watchbox, thanks for acknowledging this but no further discussion require and this is purely my honest google review.

My journey with WatchBox started with a Whatsapp enquiry to trade in a watch was replied by Sales Advisor named Sandy. A few pictures of the watch was requested and an estimated quote was replied within hours with its validity and conditions clearly explained. Sandy also clearly explained that the watch needed to be inspected to confirm its final value. We then scheduled an appointment date to meet and she was kind enough to reconfirm our date and time of appointment one day prior. The watch was then handed over to her at WatchBox for a 10 to 15 minute detailed inspection and the final value was proposed which was very fair and I accepted - the deal was done ! She also took the opportunity to share and explain that all watches sold by WatchBox if non brand new would require to undergo a full service, inspection and restoration by the brand manufacturer before being sold, giving a full peace of mind to customers with 2 years warranty provided by Watchbox. She’s highly recommended based on her vast experience and years of knowledge in the watch industry, and also taking the time to understand some pieces that I’m looking for. She goes an extra mile to help source for watches that I’m interested in. A great place to trade and buy watches. Highly Recommended!

I had my first purchase from watchbox in singapore . Served by Sandy and her follow up process was impeccable, answering all my questions over the phone plus non stop what’s app messages back and forth. Worst experience ever! Tried to sell my IWC which I just serviced. It was scrutinised as though it’s a brand new watch. I was perfectly ok to the take to IWC to repolish certain rough edges but I found it ridiculous when they asked me to replace the crystal glass which have 2 micro scratches that cannot be seen with the naked eye. For heaven sake, you are buying a used watch which everything else checked out. This is a bad way to do business cause you will never do that for a used car and it’s not even an exclusive time piece. It’s not worth the trouble at the end of the day. Changing all the parts does not increase the value of the watch for the seller.
