Wifi connection was smooth after initial hiccup for the first pairing. Business website has additional mode settings which are useful.

I followed suit and after a slight hiccup synching the machines to my WiFi, I placed them in 2 bedrooms and the dining room and have been enjoying cleaner, fresher, healthier air since then. The difference is especially noticeable when the doors to the respective rooms remain closed. The room temperature feels lower even without air-conditioning. The Aura Air app allows users to monitor air quality and adjust settings via your mobile phone. Would I recommend Aura Air to my friends and relatives? Definitely!

I’ve never met a more patient, courteous and encouraging person who went out of her way to provide top quality service for an equally top quality product! She went the extra mile to explain the technology behind the product and how it could serve my needs better. I knew my aura air was hard at work as soon as the air quality changes; it’s super sensitive and acts immediately to clean the air around me! I highly recommend this product for its efficiency, high-end quality, ease of use and maintenance, but above all, for its after sales service that is indeed 6 stars!

I had a last min request and she immediately act on it and allow me to collect the air purifier from her house. Her product is small and sleek and its versatile as it can be mount to the wall as well. And there is an application to control the purifier. Which makes it easier to control if I mount the air purifier high at level. And best part no need to purchase replacement filter. Just open wash the filter, dry and put it back. Cost saving product For this quality product comes with a very efficient after sales service. No worries if there is any problem. Money well spent on product and a wonderful after sales experience.
