He is very polite and attentive to our inquiries. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience to shop at Handgrohe. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hansgrohe is a renowned maker of exquisite bathroom accessories. I have been using them for the past 10 years and these items are made to last. During routine cleaning, I caused the soap dish to be damaged. I went down to the shop and was pleasantly surprise that they have immediate replaceable spares for all items. I was attended to a very warm Andy Chia who was very attentive to the issues that I was encountering. The parts were presented within 5 mins. What made the journey to the showroom even more worth while. These parts were replaced on a complimentary basis. I would urge any undecided home owners or developers to choose Hansgrohe over the rest of the competition for the impeccable support service that they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not supporting a brand that is so rigid until do not welcome walk in customers. Covid is endemic already, no longer have any capacity restrictions. A nearby more premium sanitary fittings brand does not even have this requirement. I probably go back to buy from them.

He is really professional and able to introduce the right product for my house. Hansgrohe products is really good in quality! Highly recommended especially the staff named Stephen
