He took the time to fully explain the lock functions to my parents and walked through how to connect the digital lock to our home WiFi. Not forgetting to mention, their their price point is much more affordable than the other sellers in the market. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!!!

Stayed with me over the phone, helped me figure out the best lock for my needs, went out of his way to facilitate buying the lock (as I was overseas at the time) and really went above and beyond! This is what you look for when dealing with a company... Customer Service, without it the company has nothing in my opinion, and this company's customer service with Ben has been one of the best experiences I've had!
