β β β β β Dr Audrey Looi was my surgeon for the removal of my pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland (aka benign eye tumor) and i highly recommend her.
I first found her through recommendation from other ophthalmologists when seeking a second opinion for my condition. Dr Looi is professional and very skilled. During my first consultation with her, she was very patient in answering my queries and is able to explain my condition very clearly for my comprehension. My surgery was done back in SNEC and it was very successful with minimal scarring (barely visible to most people).
Ava Eye Clinic is conveniently located and the staff are very friendly. Service is also prompt with Whatsapp communication and reminders. Would definitely continue to visit Dr Looi and her team.

β β β β β Did bilateral ptosis surgery with Dr Looi, must say she is highly skilled and very caring surgeon. Surgery went well and recovery was painless too. Follow ups and consults are always a breeze.
If u need an experienced oculoplastic surgeon, u are in good hands with Dr Looi and her team of nurses ???

I was initially visiting a local public hospital for my bilateral entropion correction (lower lid turning inwards, causing lower lash to abrase on the cornea), but decided to back out as i do not feel assured. A quick search on google showed that Dr Audrey specialised in such condition so i made my appointment to visit her. From the first time i met her in Jan 2021, i felt like i was in absolute safe hands. She is professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. Stitches were neat and well done, therefore one can hardly tell any procedures were done on my lower lid and it did not affect my appearance at all. Thank you so much Dr Audrey! - Jingyi

β β β β β Had Laser Retinopexy and Cataract surgery done by Dr Looi. She came highly recommended and I must concur. She is friendly, highly skilled and professional. Dr. Looi is clear in her explanations of the surgical procedures involved, never in a hurry and always ending the consultation with "any more questions?" That's very comforting for a layman like me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends in need of an eye specialist. Her team of 2 nice ladies are always smiling, efficient and manages all appointments and reminders via WhatsApp making it so much more convenient.

β β β β β Consulted Dr Looi on the 8 March 2022 and found her to be professional in her diagnosis, clear in her explanation. She is welcoming and warm at heart, making one feel comfortable.
She performed my surgery at Mount Elizabeth Novena on 16 March 2022 with follow-ups later to check on condition and removal of stitches. I am delighted with the outcome as it has solved the root cause of my health issue and on top of that, the scar was not obvious and the whole procedure relatively pain and hassle-free.
Her clinic assistants were friendly and helpful as well!

Dr Looi is detailed in her explanation of the diagnosis and advice, and addressed my queries clearly. She is also attentive and reassuring. I feel comfortable and quickly built up my trust and confidence in her.
The process from my first consultation right up to post-surgery follow-up was prompt and efficient, and well-executed.

She was very patient in explaining to me the risks involved with the surgery to fix my concerns and clear about what was achievable. I am very pleased with the results and Dr Looi is always helpful and patient with my questions and I have never had a better experience with another doctor before. Would highly recommend her for her expertise and skills.

β β β β β Did not visit Dr Audrey Looi at this clinic but she attended to me when I went to Mount E Novena A&E. She was very professional, calm and collected. I fired a barrage of questions at her but she took them in her stride and executed a thorough check-up. Initially I was very flustered but she assuaged my worries with her experience and recommendations.
Canβt speak highly of her enough and ?% will recommend her to friends and family. Even if itβs just a second opinion, worth considering to seek her out.
P/S Someone in my family also sought her consultation when she was in one of the government hospitals, said the same as I did.
