β β β β β Iβve attended many sessions of Barre (theyβre my favourite so far) and I always leave class feeling rejuvenated! Iβve never considered myself athletic and am usually intimidated by the thought of exercise. But the kind teachers at HerTribe provide a very nurturing environment to practise in, try new things and push myself! Grateful for this wonderful place of wellness. ?
Edit: Iβve been attending a number of Prenatal Yoga classes and I really look forward to the mental and physical break it gives me; it helps ease some anxieties I have about my first pregnancy. Grateful for this space. ??

β β β β β Attended the Antenatal and Childbirth workshop on 19th Sep 2021!
A very informative and hands on class that covers a range of topics to help me and my husband prepare for the birth of our little one:)
An insightful session that enables us to understand more on the different stages of labour and how to take control of our birth environment.
Being first time parents, everything is so overwhelming for us!
We are so glad to have come across this workshop and finally know what to look out for and how to react in different situations.
On top of that, I feel that it caters to the different kind of learners as the session was delivered via various ways, that keeps us engaged at all times.
Mommies also enjoyed a good massage session by the husband !?, which can be applied to ease tension and pain.
My husband now understands the role of a birth partner better and was suprised that there are actually so many ways that he could be more involved as a partner.
The cosy and calm ambience is a plus point, love the studio!
Highly recommended to attend as there is so much to discover.
P.S. I am also currently attending Nuraβs Prenatal Yoga Zoom session since my 2nd trimester and looking forward to it every week until I pop! Every stretch and every move is closely guided.Nura also always makes sure that the mommies at home are all safe and comfortable as we follow through the exercises. Recommended as well! ???

β β β β β Every my visit to this studio is an amazing experience! The whole place is cozy, clean and comfortable. Instructors and the lady on the reception are always pleasant and attentive. And I really appreciate that classes are well organized and creative. Every lesson weβve worked on different groups of muscles using different exercises which is really important for improvement. Additional points for nice music and amazing oils for relaxation! β€οΈ

β β β β β Attended the antenatal class with my hubby on 9 jan 2022& felt way more prepared for the birth of our firstborn! Learnt many techniques for labour and pain management, which were necessary as we navigate this together as first time parents. This workshop also debunked many misconceptions that I had. I appreciate that Nura was extremely open and generous in sharing her beautifully designed notes, tips, knowledge and her own birthing story. She truly has a lot of experience and resources as a childbirth educator.
We believe that childbirth is a universal topic regardless of our backgrounds, and this workshop has truly empowered us to make more informed decisions regarding this life changing experience that weβre going to have. Oh and donβt be put off by the hours of the workshop. Time flew by before we knew it. Big thanks to Nura and her little family!

β β β β β Attended the pre-natal yoga by Nura and really enjoyed it. She was kind and motivating :) It was via zoom, so we on our webcam and she will check on our poses and make sure we're doing ok. I needed to be disciplined and consistent in my exercises and stretches that's why I attended! Also, I wasn't sure what poses are recommended and safe during pregnancy, so this was good. ?

β β β β β I first attended yoga and aerial classes at Her Tribe when they were at their previous location at Changi Rd through a friend's recommendation. And I've been with them since!
Their aerial classes are a hot favourite. Lady boss-cum-trainer Nura guides us closely and never fails to share tips with us. The poses are interesting and can be challenging at times. But that's the best part - the classes allow me to explore moves and poses I never imagined I could do! I miss the pre-covid times where we could have the "cocoon session" at the end of every aerial class - just laying down in the hammock with dim lights and soft music. Makes me feel calm and rejuvenated each time. I look forward to the future when we can go back to doing this!
Currently, I'm attending the prenatal yoga (zoom and f2f classes). The classes provide a safe space for mommies to be and I feel more confident now doing exercises and stretches, even on my own, as I've learnt proper techniques to exercise safely.
My husband and I also attended the antenatal and birth class for couples last Dec where we learnt just about everything - body changes, nutrition, breathing techniques, exercises etc. We also had hands-on session on proper massage techniques our partners can do for us during pregnancy and to help ease labour pain. Knowing these helps us prepare for what is to come. It also gave my husband and I the opportunity to learn more abt each other's concerns and fears, and how we can support one another in this journey.
If you are looking for something different, if you want to challenge yourself, if you like a calm environment, if you feel more comfortable in a small intimate class, u should definitely give Her Tribe a try.

β β β β β I engaged Her Tribe for their house call service for a private and solo prenatal yoga. Instructor Nura came early and so sweet of her to bring gifts. I thoroughly enjoyed and loved the session. Nura was calm and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. The stretches really helped elevated tightness I have been feeling in my legs and certain areas. The breathing techniques and relaxing poses are what I love most. Nura was generous with her knowledge and she shared a lot of tips, and they were beyond yoga. I appreciate that she did not rush through the session, we ended way beyond the allocated timing. Overall it was really a pleasure engaging Her Tribe.
