very bad experience. i book for the promotion for 4d eye fotona in the hope of improving my panda eyes. End up the agressive sales talk has persuaded me to pay for hair services and expensive fillers. they still call back asking to pay more saying that they charge wrongly. i refused to pay this time. and also my eye became worse. due to the trauma i do not want to continue so i beg them if can cancel. But till now still refuse. I had now seek for CASE assistance and hope they can help. Just a friendly suggestion. Please dont be tempted with small promotions unless if sure you can block or reject additional packages offer

This was my first visit at Avenue+Co at Suntec! All the staff were very nice and Crystal, who was the attending during my facial, provided great care :) Overall a really good experience.

Janice did so good of hydra facial! Really liked it! I felt so clean of face skin afterwards. Best hydra facial experience was with her!

I have been wanting to go to an aesthetic clinic to help my acne scare and pigmentation. I decided to try Avenue + Co at Jem. Dr Bernard explained what kind of treatments are suitable for my skin condition. Before the treatment, Yumi did a cleansing for my face. As i dont know how painful the treatment may be, numbing cream was applied on my face. The whole treatment was comfortable and overall experience was fantastic. If you are thinking whether is there any hard selling... there is No hard selling at all.. so dont be afraid to go and give them a try.

First visit here after watching Rice Cooker man's fb story. The outlet is not hard to find as prior to my appointment day, staff Maryanne gave very detailed guide on how to locate the outlet. The guide is merticulous as it carefully breaks down directions for different modes of transport method (eg. By Car, By Taxi, etc.) The outlet entrance stands out among the other stores along the same stretch due to its bright orange background wall layout. Aesthetic methodology and explanations covered the walls after entering the outlet. Was attended by Janice and Angela throughout my time there and they really paid 100% attention to you throughout. Didn't have my breakfast as I rushed over and Janice and Angela offers me warm water, Milo and even coffee from time to time ! The procedures were carefully explained to me step by step throughout different stages. Was consulted by Dr Lennard Chan and after that did the Hydrafacial performed by Janice. She breaks down every step of the treatment to me and the effects it does throughout as well. Felt confident leaving my treatment plan over here and best of all, they are not pushy for sales ! Looking forward to my next visit in 2 weeks time ! ??

A fantastic Clinic! I was served by Mandy. She has Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. No hard selling. She is really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend her and this clinic unreservedly.

Beautiful clinic with sweet therapists! I went to the Suntec outlet on a busy Sunday and was served by Janis. During the hydra facial procedure, she patiently explained every step and was attentive to my needs. When we were discussing trial prices for first timers for other procedures, she also clarified my queries and provided her personal thoughts for procedures that she has done. In all, I enjoyed my time there and would consider returning for my beauty treatments :)

Trust me and stop your search. This is IT. It's been a while since I had a facial treatment so I tried out Avenue + Co's Hydrafacial™ treatment. The treatment literally just rejuvenates your skin, the whole process of it was calming and I was very very relaxed. I knew then that I will definitely be back. Talking to Dr Lennard Chan and the staff, I really appreciated that they were friendly and forthcoming about the whole process and on what to expect, explaining to me how each step plays a part. The place itself has a very artsy and modern vibe to it that just stands out. Personally loved the setup where they combined tech and art to create a fluid display. Representing their appreciation and expertise in their field. And they give you Lotus Biscoffs at the end!!
