HAACH @ Raffles City - 252 North Bridge Rd

I have been to haach from this year.i am very happy with there service.manager Angela and consultant amelia Iris all quite nice,there are very perfectional.and my therapist miki give me very good experience.her face massage quite comfortable.after the treatment i feel my face more hydrogen.i love it.if you want to start your facial haach is the good choice.

I have been a customer with Dr Haach Raffles City branch for about a year now. The person who does my facial is Cindy. I really enjoy my sessions with her - she is the best beautician I have ever worked with. She doesn't hardsell at all - of course, when there are good deals, she will recommend me. I always trust her when she recommends me to take a package as I know it is probably a good deal. I have tried a couple of other facial places before and i always stop before the package ends as I really dont like hardselling. But Cindy doesnt do it as much. She has also become a friend whom I can joke and laugh with during my sessions. Not to forget her facial massages that she throws in on her own accord - if you love massages, you will love her facial massage. I always look forward to going to my Dr Haach treatments. I can feel an improvement in my skin since I have been going there.

Worst experience ever since Angela ( Chinese manager) took over the mgmt of Raffles City branch. i was their client since 2000 and she literally chased me out of the shop to Tanjong Pagar branch despite my card was at Raffles City outlet. An angry customer and she gave me a rude and loud response insisting that they do not want to entertain me! An extremely condescending attitude that is completely unacceptable and downright rude to be even acceptable in the lowest level of customer service line! When I asked for balance package to be encashed, she simply ignore and said cannot be done. When I press further she reply to wait for her answer! This is how a rude & condescending response will burn decades long of relationship and reputations for your brand!

This is definitely a place I wouldn’t recommend to any. Went once and was told by the so call kind and gentle sounding doctor that my face condition requires further treatment but before that I just apply some elomet for the start and they will schedule my appt for early July. But come early July, no sound no picture from them. WhatsApp them and called up to follow up but no one bother to answer nor reply. Based on my further assessment and read up reviews, mostly are very negative as well. I would rather recommend you guys to consider Astute medical centre one at cross street or another at Katong than this. You want to throw money but people wouldn’t even appreciate your penny. What a joke.

Visited Haach at Raffles City and I have to say the experience was amazing! Iris (consultant) - clear and concise run-through of their facial treatment and products. Very professional and most importantly, she is able to speak in layman’s term for customer like me to understand. Elisa (beautician) - highly skilled! Couldn’t recall when was the last time I actually fell asleep during facial treatment. The white/black head extraction was painless. The entire facial session feels like a spa. I’ve signed up for their facial package. Highly recommended!

Worst hard selling place i have even been to, DO NOT SIGN UP AT ALL COST! I signed up for a 15 session package and you would have thought i can enjoy the session without pressure but nope, they hard sell to you EVERY SINGLE TIME! They even stop halfway during the facial session to sell you something. The manager was the worst as she commented loudly at the reception area about the issue with my skin, totally embarrassing and un professional. All they want is to squeeze every single customer dry with their ridiculous price, i basically forfeit my last few session and felt relieved i do not have to go back, IT IS THAT BAD.

Came here for a trial for laser about a year ago and find this a great 2 in 1 place where I can get my laser done followed by my facial. So I love the convenience. The doctor, Dr Xie, who does the laser is very professional, amicable and easy to talk to and I have seen results from my regular treatment here. My pigmentation in particular, has greatly improved. I also find Angela to be a sincere person. As the shop manager, she does have to meet her targets so it is understandable that she will have to share the packages offered. However, I do not find it pressurising or see it as “hard sell”. I get on well with her and find that she respects my decision if I will take the package or not. I enjoy my facial treatments here very much. They do upsell, but it is not overdone. Just a question asked and my decision is respected. My regular therapist, Kate, is awesome!! She takes such good care of me and has a great personality. First time I have a therapist who will “sayang” the spot that just got squeezed during the extraction stage which made all the difference to regulate the pain. :) I was not asked to put this review by any of the staff. But decided to do so on my own free will after signing my 2nd(only) package with them and felt it right after all the negative comments on Angela.

Went for facial treatment and massage which serviced by Susan who really professional and no hard sale throughout the process. Store manager Angela extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She always gave constructive advise and recommendations, proud of these 2 staffs and looking forward my next visit ❤️
