I have consulted Dr Heng for 5 months. He is very professional, patient and meticulous. I am happy with the results of my pigmentation treatment so far. Dr Heng’s fees are also reasonable and the service of his staff are commendable. The overall experience at The Ogee Clinic has been great!

Very happy with my overall experience. A very unassuming clinic that may not have the grandest environment, but I appreciate that the medical team genuinely cares about my concerns and not pushy at all. Dr Heng took time to listen to me, understand what I wanted and could give me the natural results I asked for. very happy with my fillers done with him. The staff also make sure that I am well taken care of and stays with me every step of the way. Happy with my find in the ogee clinic!

If you are looking for a posh clinic, this is not the place. But, if you are looking for an effective, reasonably priced, warm, no hard sell staff - this clinic ticks all the boxes. I have been going to Dr Heng for a long time for injections. He is very genuine, recommends what you need and gives you natural looking results. I am holding on giving full marks as I hope they will continue to give their best. Keep up the good work!

I've had two treatments with Dr Heng so far, and I must say that he's one of the nicest aesthetic doctor around. I've been to a few clinics before, and I've been very bothered by the way that they hard sell. But people at the Ogee Clinic don't. I went with a friend, and we didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. Of course, the clinic wasn't perfect at the start, but they are very fast to learn and take action on their shortcomings. There was once one of the staff hurriedly reminded me about my appointment and quickly hung up the phone before I could ask a question. But now they've trained their staff to listen more. I also later found out that their staff who answer calls are trained aesthetic nurses who are doubling up as receptionists, so I guess that's why they aren't as experienced in customer service. But 4 months later, service is drastically better. They've also added new furniture and rearranged some pieces to make the waiting area more comfortable. Moving on to the main point, Dr Heng took the time to find out my concerns, before prescribing a treatment programme for me. He also asks if I have any social functions before administering the treatment, which is really considerate. During the treatment, Dr Heng also keeps checking in to make sure I can take the intensity of the laser. He's super attentive to details. I don't have very bad skin to begin with, but I can still see visible improvements. My friends are also complimenting that my pores are smaller and skin brighter. It's really refreshing to see an aesthetic clinic putting in so much effort in improving their customer experience (in other clinics, I felt more like a cash cow waiting to be milked) and also deliver results. Will definitely introduce friends to come.

Consistent improvement on my skin pigmentation and melasma issue. Well recommended. I have been under laser and cream treatment by Dr Heng for the past 9 months or so. I can definitely see the improvement looking at pictures then and now. Melasma patches have become more subdued and pigmentation has been fading over the sessions, making the skin tone more even. Also, it is important to me that I have not experienced any side effects or negative results through this period. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their reminders are helpful. If you are looking for an aesthetics doctor, you have to give the Ogee clinic a try! Doctor Heng is very gentle and his entire team are the nicest and gentlest people around. They never hard sell and are very committed to help you with every skin concern. Even though I don’t have very bad skin to start with, after doing laser with them for 6 months, people started to notice how much better my skin became! It is always glowing and my pores shrank. I have been with them since Aug 2020. I dare say his treatments took at least 5 years off my face. When I breakout in large pimples, dr heng also helps to get rid of them promptly. I trust them fully with my face as he alters the lasers he uses on me as my skin requires. Quite excited to try the other treatments he offers when I require them.
