Made a booking A MONTH BACK in December for collection on 30 Jan 2022 and had received an email acknowledgement on it with the reservation number.
Travelled to the airport counter today (30 Jan) and it was closed. None of the contact numbers on AVIS website was working as well. No notifications at all for an entire month, or on the day before I made my way down.
Absolutely no assurance that I can even get the car at all for Chinese New Year. Very disappointed in AVIS.
