She has pulled in so many viewings that we lost count and eventually managed to sell our unit after a short period of time. Some take a day or two to reply, and when we counter proposed our availability, they either never respond or take days (some claimed later that the seller did not reply so they did not get back to us). Of all the agents we encountered, Avis is truly the best, which is why I decided to take the time to comment here. She is very prompt, polite, responsible and professional. After I messaged my enquiry, she followed up with messages, voice mail on the unit's background, a video of the unit, a reminder of the viewing appointment.
