Singapore Prime Property

I am a first time renter here and one of their "senior" agent completely ghosted with my deposit. No explainations and no response to my messages. Have to file a small claims tribunal but it will take months and the whole process is frustrating. If you are a buyer / renter, please steer away from them. There are plenty of professional agents elsewhere.

The agent named, Kay Ho, has an extremely horrible attitude when servicing her clients. Upon contacting her, after we saw a listing she put up in one of the property listing websites, we have asked if she has photos of the properties to view. That, in my opinion, is a reasonable request, seeing as we will not be able to confirm if we like the property before we know how it looks like. However, the agent, Kay Ho, insisted that there were no photos available, and that, in order for her to provide us the photos or videos, we must first commit before she could show us. She kept insisting that the property is clean and claimed that if she were to provide us any videos or photos of the properties, she would not arrange any actual viewing for us - giving us the so-called "options" that it is either this or that. All we wanted was to be able to find an agent who could help us, so we could get a property we wanted, but it was unbelievable to encounter someone, like her, who made us feel like we are so much inferior. It might not have been her intention, but it has definitely made us feel that way when she just ended her message with a mere "We won't match. Good luck on your search."

I've had several opportunities to interact with PropNex agents to discuss shophouse, HDB resale and private property market trends. I found them to be very knowledge, professional and sincere. They are also willing to share their own property investment experiences and offer advice. Some time back, I recommended a PropNex agent (Anthea) to a friend who has been unable to rent out her condo for many months despite engaging agents from other agencies. Anthea from PropNex managed to get her a tenant at a rental rate that she was very happy with. The feedback from my friend was that Anthea is very hardworking and resourceful, and recently found her a new tenant before lease expiry.

The second worst after orange tee with agents often moving between the two companies. Never had more stressful experiences than enduring the agents here. It's very strange that so many of the agents themselves that work there have left reviews of 5 stars to boost the rating, it is so at odds with many experiences of the tenants. Stressful rentals with minimal to no effort to reconcile a situation, general lack of follow up, try and screw you at checkout for every cent they can unfairly (don't honour wear and tear at all), lack of professionalism (didn't even turn up for check-in and sent a random unlicenced agent to drop of the keys) and humility in dealing with people as a company, shameful. Be discerning and know that the small claims courts are available to you if you make sure the tenancy agreement is no longer than 2 years (make sure to issue a new TA after 2 years).

We have rented an unit from one of the Indian national agents from PropNex. While grabbing advance and rent, very polite and when asking for the repairs shouting at ladies without respect. very very worst agent. They said no agent fee as the owner paying. so we didn't pay. We adjusted for everything in that house by paying more rental in the circuit breaker time. We returned the house in the best way after a year passed. he also accepted that. But for returning the advance, the landlord lady and the agent together trying to not to pay a single dollar back. When we are asking, I am not your agent saying like and trying to not to pay. We informed then going to complain. then immediately with in half an hr the landlord trying to shout at us with their mistakes very dishonest. very very cunning fellows both landlord and agent as I got the information from previous tenant whom they tortured like no body doesn't give you house in Singapore like mentally the agent locked them not to take any action against as they are citizens and we are foreigners as they came here first time. After I got to know everything how they are scribbling on the wall and showing at every tenant same and deducting the entire amount. I managed to contact small claim tribunals and they advised that claim full amount. Due to their issue, we got family issues between wife and husband, mental pressure, time waste, due to this stress shouting at my kid, we felt we are unable to do anything without our mistake also as I am very very sensitive in these kind of matters. The agent has so much of experience but poor behavior. His name is Mr. Rajan playing tactics at foreigners as they don't take risk for the amount and even we have proof also doesn't respond. We have signed the contract to him, then we ask him, he says why you are asking me, then whom we have to contact other than him as we signed to him. 8 yrs of stay in Singapore, First time this experience and unable to digest the situation even a month passed. Mentally still something feeling distress due to this issue. Busy with office work, how can we go to hearings every time with the busy work. But will one day surely will complain and inform them to not to effect others. No proof for my deductions even after we requested many times also the agent and the landlord. Worst experience.

I have known them for many years and they have become good friends that cares. Very rude agent Glynis Tan ( R 051119Z). It’s my first time renting in Singapore, and I didn’t know I needed to provide profile. She proceeded to lecture me I should give my profile first. Then when negotiating price, she was condescending towards my offer. It’s as if she owns the place and is higher than thou. She was very condescending and very rude. She has zero customer service. She isn’t friendly at all, such a kiasu agent. If you are a potential owner, don’t use this particular agent. She’ll make potential clients leave because of her poor attitude.

We would like to make a complaint about your agent, she is Jamie Chan, CEA License No: R042212Z / L3008022J, her mobile is 9476 8929. On 21th Nov 2021 (Sunday), we had arranged viewing of a penthouse unit at Parc Rosewood at 11:30 am. We had WhatsApp to remind her of the viewing appointment at 9:17 am the same morning. When we were about to leave our house, our car door cannot unlock due to car key battery was flat, we quickly WhatsApp her at 11:07 am that we will be a little bit late. When we reached the penthouse unit at 11:35 am (just 5 minutes late), the house owner opened the door and told us she still not there. We again contacted her and she told us she will be back in 10 minutes, caused she was already gone and out of the condominium. While waiting for her outside the unit, she WhatsApp us at 11:47 am to rearrange the viewing, and told us that the house owner had left the house already! A liar and a very irresponsible agent from PropNex! We had just spoken to the owner and were outside the block waiting, yet she told us the owner had already left. Such a waste of our time and effort, ------------------------------------------. We have never come across such an agent. Also, there was no call nor attempt to get back to us; as if she was not interested at all.
