We had a great experience here! They were very good at handling our newborn baby. Photos were lovely. We were supposed to wait 3 weeks to receive the full set of edited soft copies, but they were very accommodating with our request to receive one digital copy in advance for our first month gift boxes. A big thank you! We'll review again when we receive the full package, can't wait!

The staff were very accommodating even though our requests were last minute and we had to have the pics ready before our baby’s one month celebration. The photographer was very professional and the end product was above expectation and we were very pleased with the service. The price and packages were also very reasonable and competitive. Would definitely recommend ??????

Paid $25 for a complimentary photoshoot by Thomson Medical. As we requested to have the shoot on the day of our discharge. The photographer and the sales team showed my husband the entire album which consists of 87 pictures in total. After which, he was presented the complimentary shoot that was done. We were disappointed by the choice of photo which was selected by the ‘management’. There were at least 10 other nicer pictures from the entire album. It is definitely unethical to do business in such manner. Please see attached photo. I have purchased 4 ad hoc photos @ $25 each. Can’t wait to see what kind of pictures I would receive.

From the bottom of my heart my rating for them is Zero .First of all thank you b&g lifecasting for making us too much fool .there showing promotion are awesome but in reality after confirm deal with them(after payment ) there behaviour was totally changed we can't request them anything they became very rude & king of that Place . I found this place is one of the world's worst service ever please i would like to request you all don't fall at that scam that they are doing . Of Course Everybody went there to make there children's good memory but they have treat us too badly that whenever i saw this picture i always remember this bad scam they have done with us .we can't choose anything.they will choose for us even the softcopy of the photo too . Singapore is known as the best & developed country in the world & And finally i would like to say please don't go there . i don't want you guys also face this kind of situation. Lazy and stubborn, printed the wrong passport photo size for a $78 baby passport photo. SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS for 2 pieces of photos AND still tried to argue that they did correctly. After some back and forth then they let up and offer to reprint. Yet i still need to spend time and taxi money to go pick up something that was supposed to be done right in the first go. If i can give 0 stars i will: no valur for money, poor service, no professionalism. To address the reply from shop: I filled out the details at the shop asking for 4x6cm, at the time of payment, My Link was sent afterward as a reference, and I have also highlighted in the chat that 4x6 is THE OFFICIAL REQUIREMENT. VIETNAM AS A COUNTRY USES METRIC MEASUREMENT, WHY THE HECK WOULD INCHES BE A GOOD CHOICE?. I would have been happy with the cost IF BETTER CARE WAS TAKEN TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE. Again: Stubborn and trying to weasel your way out of a bad review.

If you do not mind providing free database for this studio, feel free to patronise them. Lengthy read ahead: ____________________________________________________________ Just attended appointment at Mount Alvernia outlet for newborn's photoshoot that comes with 1x complimentary 8R photo/soft copy. Upon arrival, they requested for us to fill up a form for our Name, contact number, tick a box which "accepted AbiesKeepSakes' Terms & Conditions, Privacy and PDPA Policy as set out on their website" and end off with our signatory. It was only after the shoot that it came to our mind to clarify on the T&Cs as we were not briefed nor explained on the details as we do not wish for our baby photo's to be exploited for commercial/marketing purposes. It was at this point that we realised that we had filled up a form of a different letterhead that is not of BigShot Photo Studio. One of the attending staff who had poor english command obviously did not understand our query and kept insisting that the T&Cs is set by the government and kept interrupting when we tried to explain our concerns. She displayed very poor service attitude when I pointed out that the form does not even bear the correct letterhead, scraped the form roughly with the pen, and threw the same form with BigShot Photo Studio's letterhead in front of me to "sign again". Throughout this unpleasant exchange, she kept stating that this is FREE GIFT but all photo copyrights belong to them. We do not expect awesome service, but her tone and attitude has gotten very offensive and at one point she even accused that we are unwilling to accept her explanations (which are not even what we are clarifying on) and be more than willing to just DELETE all the photos taken thus far. It is as though our time, energy and transport costs are FOC as well! We emphasized that we do not wish for our baby's photos to be used for any commercial/marketing purposes, and she has specifically stated that in order for them to do so, they will request for us to sign another form for this clause, which we hope that is true to the case. When I asked for the T&Cs again, she then referred to a printed laminate by the wall and said it is the same as on the voucher, which this mindless staff asked "Didn't we read it?" Note that they had already requested for the voucher to be presented to them and they kept it. She should have done this in the first place instead of arguing with us. Her attitude is the most appalling and why am I not surprised with the poor reviews passed here. I should have checked in earlier and avoided spending time to cross paths with such rude and mindless people. Red Flag 1: Discrepency in their T&Cs Voucher states validity is for babies 2 months or younger. However, when I whatsapped them to book an appointment, they informed: "As per hospital policy, we can only book you in after baby is discharged, please book an appointment for either on discharged date or WITHIN 2 WEEKS from baby's date of birth." Red Flag 2: Instead of the usual 30 shots, they took 64 shots of our baby. If they are not keeping for commercial uses, I am not sure what else. They are also probably trying to entice us to purchase all of the photos for a single price. We did not purchase as half of it is repetitive shots, or with poor lighting. They also mentioned that minimal editing will be done to preserve a newborn's original appearance. Summary: Quality: 2 / 5 Service: -5 / 5

Had a horrible experience with the photographer at the KKH hospital studio. She was rude and inpatient from the start. She didnt handle my baby properly and when i told her that my baby seems uncomfortable, she rejected my complimentary photoshoot! She called me naggy for only telling her once! She has a huge anger/temper issue if she rejects and labels people this way. It was an absolute waste of my time and travel costs and I will never recommend it to anyone, even if it is free. Spare yourself and your baby thr trouble!

(Hannah) and her colleadge Nur, they were very accommodating with our request to receive one free gift digital copy with a beautiful dressing & styling for Creative of photo taking our Newborn baby. We happy to recommend.
