My first experience at this shop was great as i was served by the owner Mr Kevin. With his help, i managed to find a pair of framless specs that is quite durable and comfy albeit the lens chipped off when i accidentally dropped it once. He managed to replace it for me foc as it was still within 1 year of purchase. Less than a year later, my specs left hinge broke when i took the specs off from my face. Kevin said he could replace for me and he would charge me $80 for it. When i went to collect d new framed specs, he had a staff attend to me. Although they returned me my old frame, i noticed that right hinge was also broken. I asked why and they explained that it cant be helped. I was puzzled but didnt want to pursue. As my previous experience was a good one, i brought my daughter there. Almost half year into it, my daughter developed some bad rashes at the temples area where it is in contact with the specs frame. Only then i realised that her frame's temples area were mouldy (algae like) and alittle rusty and d coating was peeling. I was shocked as the frame was supposed to be titanium frame. So i texted and send pics to Kevin. Initially, Kevin said that it was just the paint peeling off. But after much pics sent to him, he agreed it was algae forming. I asked why this happens to a titanium frame and that since my daughter's frame is gold, there should not be any paint coating. Kevin literally told me that he is not the manufacturer of these frames. To cut the story short, Kevin was not very responsive nor helpful in rectifying our problem. Eventually, he asked that my daughter leave her specs behind to allow him to send back to agent, he would then give another new frame with a different color for my daughter's temporary use. He gave us an appointment date but he did not show up in the shop. His staff who attended to us was extremely rude and pass some accusatory remarks. It has been almost half a year but i still have yet to hear from him.. I have decided to make another new pair of specs for my daughter to spare her the skin allergies, in barely a year. Overall in my opinion, their service is far from even an average. Their products is highly questionable. And worse of all, the boss is not very committed to his customers as he seems to be very occupied with his family commitments.

Guy was quick and fast but he put very high degree and I have to remove glasses to read anything. Also I start feeling things floating in near surroundings. His machine's reading and another optician's reading , more than 0.5 difference. Not sure machine require calibration or it's operator. Have to throw away lenses after using for few weeks. Price is ok.

Shop indicates open at 10am but at 10.40 still not open. Called shop number and optician was still parking opposite kkh. Waited for a good 10 mins for owner. Waited cause the sign in window said kids glasses 98 to 199. Finally shop asked for $305 for a pair of pure astigmatism glasses (425/375with the lowest grade lens that they carried). Tried to negotiate but no budge. Decided to leave the shop. Basic pair of kids glasses being asked 300$ at kkh..... Hardly reasonable.

Got my spectacles here today, staff was nice, was chatting with staff and kelvin who is the shop owner, he was very patient with me when I am choosing, still adjusted my specs so it is comfortable without dropping. Highly Recommend for their service

Staff is friendly and professional, was extremely helpful in answering my queries on the degree/astigmatism and taking care of spectacles. While I took a quite a long time to decide on the frame, staff was very patient. It was a pleasant experience, would recommend to family and friends.

I had visited the shop a week back and am now waiting for my new pair of spectacles. Kevin, the owner, was very professional and had patiently examined my eyesight. He does such a good job that my old pair lasted six years. I just needed to change the frame due to wear and tear. With Kevin's recommendations, my child and myself have been able to maintain our eye readings without needing to change our lenses to a higher degree. I have introduced my family members and relatives to his shop, and they have all given a thumbs up for his service. This is why I have been going to him for my eye check-ups for over 10 years. I for one would highly recommend his shop.
