★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 15m year old had a hair cut and stayed very still for almost 20mins but the end result was an uneven fringe which then had to be salvaged by another hairstylist which made it even shorter and uneven. Very disappointed by the standards . That particular Hairstylist was also not very safe in handling the pair of scissors right in front of my daughters eyes. No service recovery and even asked me to be a member.

In our culture, the first hair cut is like a milestone of sorts and I will always remember this one for how happy it makes me and a big reason for it is the person doing the job who was Soon Lee. All 3 of us just had the broadest smiles all along and even after. To the management of Scissors paper and stone, people like Soon Lee are far and few, treasure her because she is your best asset.

This morning I believe is the lady boss who start telling me off that my child is spoiling her mood start of the day when he started crying due to fear in cutting hair. He is just 2years old mind u! This is not very ethical of her to say that and please note this is not our first time here. Her rest of her employees in uniform has no issue at all all polite and all. Note she never even check on what kind of haircut I wanted for my child prior to it. Very bad experience and never am I returning to the marina square branch anymore. To the lady boss good luck to her business if she continues having this attitude to her customers.
