First time I was here I was given great service, my little one was given the water treament and massage, afterwards my little one slept soundly. At the payment counter I was asked to sign up for membership. I was satisfied by how my little one was treated so I gladly signed up. I went back the next saturday and was so disappointed, sure my little one was given the water treatment, and that's it. I was expecting a massage but I didnt get any. I had to ASK for them to give one, they were so unwilling so I told them to forget it. I asked for a haircut next, why not right? Since I signed up for membership and everything should be free. I thought wrong, I needed to pay $10. Here's the catch, I already signed up for membership. I already explained them that I had membership but they still wanted me to pay. So I paid because I just wanted to leave the place. In conclusion, my second trip to the spa was disappointing.

Baby spa is gd for yr baby developement however the service given frm westgate is upsetting.before i join as a member of baby spa "she" treat my baby gd.oh,my baby is 3mths old at that point of time."swimming" was all gd and after 30min over baby need to change."she" gave my baby some massage as baby is tired after so called excercise.after some talk i decide to join as a member.as told,me as a member can bring my baby to any outlet for a swim.but i prefer here as its nearer to our home.but after 1st session,every visit here after swim,"she" didnt give my baby anymore massage!? Not even baby lotion or oil on his stomach!? Just a change and thats it?Its really upsetting tho coz when u were looking for customer for sign up u do gd.but after,u treat us like this.but i've tried other outlet before returning again here to dbl cnfrm her service.ive went to changi outlet twice and i got gd service both time.how far is changi compare to westgate? I hope they standadize their service as i believe they went for training before starting at the outlet.:(

Poor service at the SPA, barber accidentally cut my nephewโ€™s ear. Not only did she not apologize, she blamed my nephew for moving into the blade of the clipper(??) when the video evidence clearly showed that it was her lack of support on his head that caused this accident. Very disappointing customer service and this incident was very poorly handled afterwards. Do not recommend anyone to go to baby spa to get your baby a haircut.

Was asked to write good feedback so they will give free diapers at Westgate But after some incidents, Don't bother signing package as package Exp is 6 months and if anything happen (e.g. Baby hospitalised for 2 days) still not sufficient for extention. Baby caught a cold despite me requesting for hotter water and was REJECTED because "they don't normally give". High fever immediately the next day, emailed hq and ting dong here and there, management said baby just fever and will recover in a weeks times despite going through lumbar puncture and etc which was mentioned when she called me. Hq manager hui juan didn't find out more from me until I asked and become I didn't provided more information. I did asked her is discharge summary enough she said yes. Really first and last time for this spa!

Our first visit to babyspa was very pleasant that is also why we ended up getting the membership. Once we got the membership the service became worse and worse with every visit. Every time we called babyspa to get an appointment it was really difficult and confusing to communicate with the aunties. It is also really hard to get an appointment. Overall I felt like they tricked us into buying the membership and once you have the membership the experience is simply bad.

Package not worth signing. Always full slot, insufficient time to finish up package within 6-mths, extension need $50 top up. Service after package is no longer good.
