Great place to look for high end tiles and interior materials

I went down to GF+A Global tile showroom in Mohd Sultan and was totally floored by the their amazing collection of fine Italian and European Floor and Wall tiles. The owner Mr Andy is very knowledgeable where high quality tiles are concerned. He is also very patient in explaining to me the differences in the various brands of mosaic tiles and the best tiles to use in our homes. I am very satisfied in having been there and bought some good tiles for my kitchen, swimming pool and the waterfall feature at the poolside.

Made my tiles final purchase with Jade. Reasonably priced Italian Tiles. Abit pricier than other tile suppliers but I definitely trust the quality here more than hafary or white horse ceramics. Hafary discounts given to me were quite good but I still went with GFA in the end. Selection is not as big as hafary FYI. But quality tiles. Photos were from the first visit with Eugene, he has left the company since. But he was quite good with service. Letting me take off my socks and all to try stepping on the tiles to really get a good feel of what it will feel like when used at home.

When i questioned Andy on his product in terms of slip resistance versus surface abrasion resistance, water absorption, mechanical strength, stain and chemical resistance, shade and tonality, he was able to answer me with sufficient technical substantiation. Andy is very knowledgeble on his products and he serves with conviction. He makes me feel like my house is also his house. With that, i decided to go ahead and use GF+A for my entire house tiles. After order, Serena handled the shipment and logistics for me. She was very prompt and followed up closely on the schedule with my architect and main contractor to ensure no delay. She also submitted the MSDS and Method Statement for the installation process for the big format tiles and the Sicis mosiac to the main contractors to ensure they installed correctly. She also ensured the contractors are advised the correct type of sealant and grouting to be used. Last but not the least, they are proud of their products and i can understand why...after the tiles are laid, they look awesome...so different from those i saw from other houses using so called "Italian tiles"...i have compared many shops over a few months and i dare say in terms of quality and variety, GF+A is second to none. Congrats GF+A!

He has profound knowledge of the Italian tiles which he sells in the showroom. Jade the sales executive was helpful and patient with our requirements.
