β β β β β Ive been to physios, chiropractors, TCMs separately, so Im really glad to have found Jon's clinic where he uses a variety of techniques to address the neck and shoulder pain Ive been experience with muscle release/massage, spinal manipulation, and dry needling, which saves me a trip to all these different venues! For those who are scared of neck cracks, Jon is very gentle in performing this very necessary manipulation for relieving my neck & shoulder pain, as well as headaches. Highly recommend Jon's expertise and techniques as he really takes his time during your appointment to ensure you receive the most all-rounded and effective treatment!
