Went for consultation ($20) for my lower back pain and the owner assessed my condition and said the pain will be gone after 3 treatments with them ($150 per 30-min treatment). The full payment needs to be done upfront. During the first treatment, the therapist only rub my lower back, did some bone adjustments, that’s all! I didn’t feel any slight improvements and feedback to the therapist. It’s the same for the 2nd and 3rd (last) treatment. On the last treatment, the owner happened to be there and assessed my lower back condition again and now said the tightness is very severe and that I need more sessions. Furthermore she even reprimanded me for not informing the therapist earlier that my condition didn’t get any better (which I did for every session). Now she said I need to pay for more treatments. Seriously, $150 for a 30-min treatment by an under-qualified therapist and such dishonest owner, is a big waste of money and time.

I felt like I was in good hands throughout my 10 sessions here. I'm feeling much better now after the treatment with them, no more lower back pain! The recovery process definitely takes time, especially for an old injury like mine. However, I'm grateful for the very skilled and encouraging therapists who helped me to reach my recovered state!

I’m so glad I found my (hopefully) last and final stop! When I went for consultation, the staff was very nice and understanding. She understood exactly what I was feeling and that all I wanted was to be able to exercise and walk around pain free. She then explained to me the procedures and even helped to arrange my sessions according to my schedule. (I am a very busy woman so I highly appreciate their cooperation) I was prescribed 12 sessions and had a very pleasant time with the therapists. Surely, it did not solve my pain straightaway after the first session, i mean, what can you expect when one has been suffering from this pain for years, right? However, by the end of the 12 sessions, I am now pain free and happier than ever. I am so grateful for the team. Highly recommend once again!

None of them could determine the root cause. So, my dad who is a patient there had recommended me to see Vivian to see if it could solve the problem. There, Vivian expertly determined that it was due to my ribcage shifting and had then did a 30mins on the spot adjustment for me. That had solved the issue and I did not had to spend lots of money finding other ways to treat my pain. After that session, I managed to go back to my F45 sessions because I had to stop temporarily due to the pain. Do not let the cost drive you away because what you pay is what you get. You can spend lesser but not get the problem fixed so think twice about your body. Once in awhile now, I still get my body checked and adjusted occasionally to prevent big episodes like this.
h	hazel lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was previously a patient here in 2019 for my neck and lower back pain. my parents brought me here after seeing the good comments on the facebook page. pretty sure they were very skeptical about proceeding with the treatment plan but they just wanted their daughter to get better. i was only 17 when i came, i completed 10 sessions. and now im completely pain free except when i fall down, i usually come back for single sessions which they call maintenance. whenever i used to come for my sessions after school, being their last patient of the day, my therapist francis never failed to help me leave the clinic feeling better everytime.

Went to their clinic, told Vivian about my lower back pain. She assessed and was able to tell me what is wrong exactly and even pinpoint some problem which nobody knows except me. She has this magic touch if you really have faith in her. Completed 12 sessions. $150 per session totally worth it. It’s not about the money but the value behind it. I heard she practiced for almost 10 years already. Impressive. Now I can sleep in peace without any pain, exercise without pain. Keep on the good job Vivian and team! Don’t have to care about the haters.

I was prescribed 12 sessions, Consultation is $35 and per session is $150 for 30 minutes. No regrets though because now i can live without pain.
