★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual place to go for halal mala, I usually choose mild spicy ( not spicy to me). I like the variety here, and the sauce is fragrant and not just salty. Recently, the dry mala is a bit soupy. For this bowl serving 3 hungry people, it costs about $30 .
Tips: Use the kopitiam card and you will get a lot of discounts. I discounted about $3 for this bowl.
For kopitiam card topup: Bagus can only top up by cash. To top up by card, you have to go to the Kopitiam at the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly managed. Tables are dirty and left uncleared. Hand washing area sink is filthy.
Wanted to try the YONG TOFU but every single bowl we picked up was dirty. I guess your dish washer water hasn't been changed or your Staffs are not attentive.
Ordered the Western food instead, however the cook forgot the 3 pieces of Onion Rings.
The management should look into the cleanliness of BAGUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foodcourt located at Northpoint. I recommend their Halal Mala Hotpot Stall, it's one of the best in Singapore and reasonable price! Don't forget to include your Mala selection with the Halal Taiwanese Sausage alright! You can choose your Mala spicy level too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and order at the western stall . Food is ready and then realised after seeing how its cooked . The auntie employee use the same tong to grab uncooked food to cook . And then using the same tong to grab the cooked food eg. cooked meat .
Esp after using the tong to grab the uncooked meat then later on use it to grab the fries etc . Saw it use it on cooked nuggets too .
Totally unacceptable unhygenic cooking way which may cause food poisoning .
Asked to be refunded . Auntie said unable to . In the end was left standing there for at least 15 mins as thought they already inform management . As it turns out they did not . Have to search for other staffs to have them point out the way to the management office and explained the whole situation to a lady with specs .
The lady went to the stall and tried to reason with the said employee . There were 2 . The auntie is the one cooking . And the other long haired girl also rude and ignore when asked .
Auntie behaving in a passive aggressive manners and body language .
This is a serious breach of hygiene . Direct cross comtamination of uncooked food and cooked food . This is a grave issue to be look at esp with factors involving serious hygiene issue , consumers and the probabilities of various consequences .
Not to mention initially what was relay is they dont have another tong . And the next stall neighbour older greyish haired auntie even try to say they have eaten for a year already also nothing happen . Not sure how true is that . But may mean its not an incidental isolated incident .
As while waiting for the refund . The whole process is still being practised for new customers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the wide range of halal food options available here! You can use your Kopitiam card here too. Just take note that it seemed like a popular place so it looked like it is usually crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I ordered from the Mala store at the food court. I would say that the standard is quite consistent though it is expensive (as typically for Mala food). The slightly Mala version has a good balance of Mala flavour- something not overpowering that you can’t taste the ingredients and yet you still can taste the kick of Mala. Very filling portions, so would recommend having this to share with 2 or more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad. Some of the stores are closed due to Covid-19.
There's a new Chicken rice stall setup end February 2022. Used to be a 'Zhi Cha' stall here. Try the chicken rice, found to be so-so only. Will try other dishes next trip.
