While service was on the half way, the staff left her seat and went to the manager for a small talk. She came back and started selling me the package. I politely rejected her at first. Then she kept asking what are my concerns, she can talk to her manager. It’s sad that I couldn’t just ran away from them. So I set there for another 45 min. But the staff just couldn’t stop asking and kept persuading me the buy package until the last minute. The whole visit was terrible to me.

Was welcome by Elaine, she quoted me accordingly how much for the service that i want. Very polite to entertain a last min customer like me ? she also recommend the best for ingrown toe nails, and also adviced well and also detail. Her workmanship is also good! It was my first time there, but we get along chatted happily like we know each other for long ? she did not try to hard sell me any services, nor is very pushy. She informed me of the package so and so, and always informing me that its ok if i dont want no pressure on it. But guess what having such a nice manicurist that can entertain you, ended me in joining the package for pedi. I told her also, at times i pay for something is because the staff that is so polite and nice. Thanks elaine, i wont need to keep on finding a shop to get my nails done now. I know where to go now ?

Even after declining staff still does hard selling. As a client, we know what we want and when we want it. IF it is good, no pressure we will definitely comeback. There's no need to hard sell to much. Thank you.

They even take note of little details such as water temperature, comfort of seats etc. nitty gritty details besides the main services that I have requested for. It has always been an enjoyable experience to frequent their shop!

Made an appointment for 2 services - gel mani and classic pedi but had an accidental cut on one of my fingers on the day of visit. Naturally, I didn’t want to proceed with the gel mani since there’s an open wound? Nailz Haus was very inflexible about this whole situation - took a whole 20minutes to check in with their manager and came back saying that there’ll be no exceptions and I’ll have to FORFEIT my gel mani if I don’t want to proceed with the mani today (i.e. no reschedules allowed even if it’s just for a few days). Pretty ridiculous if you ask me - I got a discount off fave but I’m still a paying customer?

Today it is really an eye opening for me, because they are very friendly, give me professional explanation and advice on my nails color and design. Love the design so much and it definitely worth the money Thank you so much and I will be back ???
