Baking Industry Training College (Tai Seng)

When I am studying in this college I ask college to that I have medical issue in my family and I want project work but they didn:t aprroved my project work instead of they say I don't give you project work you have to compulsory go with ojt And I tell him that I have medical issue I want project work but they didn't aprroved and apart they terminate me from the college.

The college name is Bitc means baking industry training college but thay thought us logistics, business management retail and chain supply management all in one class, and when you come before Singapore agents say you got what ever you want after finish your study Ojt or project but Bitc college force to students take Ojt, every college in Singapore give permission to what ever you want ojt or project, and in Ojt also which college give to you , college also not allowed choose your self Ojt because of commission on every student and college not support to students and not even proper staff for each course and you fill like you study in India because in Bitc 95% Indian students, even not give environment like you study in abroad, and some staff only gossip around all class and some staff give always break and collage staff even not proper , they don’t have even proper Pass some are on e pass and they behaviour like you know who I am ( uhhh ) Singapore gov college even take classes now but I am here for around 7 months but never attend college class physical I am studying online here for 5 months And I never seen single class how college look like And they don’t have even pathway programs in some courses Plz Don’t preferred this college

Had my Advanced Cake Baking class here. Chef Goh very professional & shared her expertise. Class was full hands-on with great fun enthusiastic aspiring bakers

Class:Bake Artisan & Decorative Bread (2/6/2021 to 23/6/2021)"Chef David Ong is a good, competent, knowledgeable and creative trainer who knew his work well. He has in-depth knowledge and great understanding of the content when he delivers to simplify it for the students to understand the concepts. Throughout the 4 days journeys with us, he was willing to impart his skills and shared his experiences. He guided us with the correct techniques and procedures. His expectations for himself and he wanted the students to meet their objectives with the final end products to bake the best baked sour dough breads. He was concerned about students' learning and ensured he or she was able to perform their practical hands on correctly. Well done chef David!

This training centre has good trainers and the training assistants are helpful too. Will definitely come back for other classes.

Worst ambiance to study....waited a lot to get admission....even after paying full money they extent class start date and make us wait for a long period of time....it merely wastes a lot of valuable time for students....everyone here works only for commissions....never ever take admission in this college your future will be at stake...

Bad experience with this college. It lacks in Teaching facilities, aminities etc....even through agents the admission is so slow....wasted money for pursuing adv dip in hospitality...its of no use ...bad college to choose and study...think before you study here....i repeat it....

Just completed Advanced Cakes course by Chef Nikki and it was excellent! Very organised and professional teacher that enables you to learn and not feel lost. Very selfless in sharing all sorts of tips and details even beyond the scope. Thank you!
