I went there intending to change a battery, but at the end Jervis and Benson mentioned I do not need to change. No Charge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good two young chaps. Experienced in what they are doing. Know what they are doing which it is the most important. Went there twice in a week after bought 11-year-old VW Golf whereby they did a wonderful work on it. Good workmanship with a good reasonable pricing as well as good time management. I didn't need to wait long to get my car fixed up. Not only focusing on fixing the issue, they take good initiative to do a thorough check to see other parts need to be replace or fix. A definitely go-to for VW cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before making the trip down, I engaged them for quotations for a range of parts and services multiple separate times, and they were patient. Finally I fixed an appointment and went down today for oil change and to replace my brake pads because they were squeaking a bit in the cold. First thing was that Benson did a check on my brake pads and alas! The brake pads were actually still quite new at about 85% (second hand car). They actually have the parts readied (OEM, Brembo) but he didn't push the sale. He went around explaining his work flow thoroughly as we both checked the car. I then went for a brake fluid flush as it was due, which he showed me with the diagnostic too, and after he was done, he cleaned it up real good. Workshop is clean and neat too! So anyway, long story short:
1. Thorough and passionate
2. Clean and good workmanship
3. Transparent and honest
4. Great prices
5. Customer-centric
Guess I'll be going back

The workshop is well equipped and maintained like a AD service center.
