โ โ โ โ โ The Chinese girls are helpful but the male staff is one blur person who don't know much about banking services but wants to sell financial plan. I have to check the brochure and show him that his answer is inaccurate and after that ask him anything he reply don't know. He should do work that he knows. Some times people are just not into their jobs. Any way one can put RMB here.

โ โ โ โ โ Instructed bank for 30 year tenor loan. But letter of offer was 25 years instead! Misrepresentation by bank staff Geraldine Su and how could a big bank made such a mistake!
The call back from her was not apologetic and put blame to customer on signing with CCTV captured.
