★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch facility. Staff quality is outstanding and fluent in English. Able to address to your specific requirements. Facility is very clean and spacious. Place is well maintained. Top class comes at a heavy premium as well. One suggestion would be to give visitors with walk away gifts i would strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to pamper their loved ones.

Stayed at mbs for 2 nights and decided to end it with a spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal experience and exceptional service. If it is your first time, be sure to give yourself ample time and arrive early. I appreciate having an ensuite shower and bathroom to change and refresh myself after the massage. My masseuse, Ann, was attentive to my needs. She has many years of experience from the Banyan Tree spa in Bangkok. I would highly recommend Ann and happily request her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to banyan tree spa twice. First time we took the Balinese massage 60 mins. The check in, room and masseuse were all professional and the actual massage very relaxing. Didn’t feel rushed.
However when I went for a second time for 90 minute Thai classic, it felt more rushed and didn’t feel worth the bucks. May be it depends on the day and masseuse probably?
Overall, good service, absolutely great views of the bay but definitely need to work on consistent standards as I felt after the second time I will not come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting here. Upon reaching , was greeted by the staffs politely and served with a welcome drink. The staff explained on the types of massage available. We both opt for deep pressure. Spent a good 90mins full body massage in a couple room together with wife. Room is spacious and the massage beds are beautifully decorated. Before the start of massage, we were given a leg wash and scrub. Also, we had the option to choose the type of essential oil for the massage. After the entire massage, we went to have refreshment. Quiet place with a view. Have visited various spa in Singapore and glad we have managed to try Banyan Tree Spa. Will definitely return again in upcoming months. Thank you
