After coming in a couple of times, got talking to Sean, who was very helpful in explaining the line up and alternatives (although had already a fairly good idea in terms of what I was into). Service was very good and am very happy with my experience here. Also, like many of the luxury stores in MBS during covid it was very quiet. Have experienced and read on forums that they seem to currently have “more” watches available with some possibly shorter wait time via other locations, although experience will no doubt differ depending on client / employee / watch. As you can only buy AP watches in boutiques now officially, this is the place to go if you’re in the market for one. Although you can’t get MBS points it does contribute to your tier system of you want to get to / maintain elite status.

Visited last 2 weeks Thursday on an afternoon to find Sean. Sean was very welcoming as always and explain the history about Audemars Piguet and the different function of the watch. Went to the MBS boutique 3 weeks ago and was welcomed warmly by Wan! I am so impressed with her knowledge of the brand and watches and her good service. Even though there is nothing to buy from the boutique but she was very patient with me to try the display watches. I had a great time there, thanks!

Excellent service by Anissa at the MBS boutique. When I told her that this watch was for my wife’s upcoming bday + her delivery; she went to work. I got allocated this beautiful 34mm piece within the stipulated time given - What magic ?. As they say happy wife, happy life, couldn’t be more satisfied with Anissa’s service. Fantastic customer service by the AP team at MBS. I was dealing with Wan who assited me with all my queries and took me through the entire range. This was the first time i got to try on few of the time pieces i was interested in and helped me narrow down the list. Wan was very friendly, warm and patient and didnt feel rushed. Not only she took me through the entire rang but also educated on their caliber's and got a learn about the fly back chronos D: Given these watches are very much in demad all I would say to fellow potential buyers is to be patient, make an appointment in advance to avoid any last minute disappointments and have respect for the staff. I saw over 10 people trying to get in without an appointment and the staff inside were indated with calls, it may look quiet inside but it actually is not!
