★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb customer service both pre and post sales. You would assume would be the case given the price tag but is not always the case. Was served by Wayne who did a great job explaining the offerings as well as being patient and passionate about the watches he was dealing in. Very knowledgeable, friendly and not trying to “hard sell” at all. Due to the reduced number of tourists at the moment most of the stores in MBS seem less busy at the moment so would definitely advise here vs other boutiques. As of writing you can also collect MBS points on purchases which add up quickly. Store itself well laid out and in great location with the proximity of the other watch shops also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to highlight the excellent service I received from boutique consultant Wayne Chew. He was very friendly and patient and most of all, he knew his product well. I’ve encountered many consultants in many brands who do not know their watches and I am impressed with the historical information that Wayne could provide me about the Atmos clock. I learned a thing or two about JLC and I recommend the Reverso to anyone who wants an instantly recognizable high horology watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by Bruce Lee and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. It was my first time at a JLC boutique and I honestly can't wait to come back again. Bruce shared with me the history of the Reverso and now I have a newly found appreciation for this maison. Bruce was also kind enough to share his own personal watch that he was wearing, the duometre and even gave me a tour of the boutique! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the experience and would recommend anyone to give Bruce and the boutique a visit.
