It's very peaceful place.

I only could see some residential building around the MRT station. It’s quiet and nice place to live... but I totally couldn’t find any shops after walking around the MRT station for a while so I am not sure it’s convenient place for resident or not. Anyway, this place can be very safe and also still close to Serangoon so it should be a comfortable area to live;)

Bartley mrt station requires re-design to improve its accessibility. Currently, it only has 2 entrances. On the opp side, the entrance is located near to a church and the handful landed houses but is away from the 1500 condo units and many more from uppper Paya Lebar. On the same side, the entrance is again facing the landed houses and a new condo but located away from Maris Stella school and the upcoming bididdari. More entrances or re-design to improve its accessibility may not needed.

The station is not only close to my school, but also very clean and nice. It's just a 5 minute walk from my school with 100% shelter. Nice one! Some station! ???

If you press the door close button in the elevator to go to platform level, it will do exactly the opposite.. It's been years like that.. So, if you are in a hurry, don't press that button and just patiently wait until the elevator decided to close its own door..

Traveling from Bartley is very convenient. From Bartley to jurong east takes around 50 mins by train. To the airport by train is around 40 mins. Geographical situated in the centre of singapore, travelling to the CBD area is very convenient 30 mins by train and 5 - 15 mins by car depending on traffic lights. The station is located near Maris Stella High School and Bartley Secondary school. The bus stop outside the station has bus 129 which is convenient for users travelling to Tampines area such as TP. The MRT sends alternately empty trains in the morning from 6+am to around 7.13am and one at 7.55 am and a later timing. In the evening from 4+pm to 4.58pm. I am not sure what time they exactly start sending the empty trains. Keep a look out for departing instead of arriving for those trains. Housing near Bartley MRT are comprise of private landed property, condominiums, a little further off HDB flats and the upcoming Bidadari estate.

Clean, quiet, timely, and is wheelchair accessible. Has the basics of what you need out of a train station, what more could you possibly ask for? Really like the Bartley area in how quiet it is, and the MRT station just connects everything and everyone in the area together. There's a church right outside the station exit, but more importantly is how this MRT station services the many condominiums surrounding Bartley. Makes the area so much more convenient.
