For buyers who bought during the launch, this condo may have reaped good returns for them. However, as this condo is so strategically located in Singapore as driving to anywhere, or by MRT, is very convenient, it is likely that buyers who bought today will see upside in prices in 2-3 years time as (a) closeby new condos at woodleigh are already selling at $2000psf and future amenities like eateries and supermarkets will also be ready soon when the HDB across the road is completed. A resale of at least $1600 psf is a fair value of this condo which is current transacting at only $1400 - $1500 psf.

Of all the condos near Bartley MRT (Circle Line), this is most conveniently located and easiest to walk to. TOP in late 2016/ early 2017, this is home to about 850 families. Located within minutes away from Maris Stella (Primary and Secondary) and Bartley Secondary School. This place is great for families with kids and also for investment. Steady stream of tenants, some tenants have been living there since early 2017. The upcoming Bidadari and Woodleigh can only add more amenities and more positive points about living in Bartley Ridge.

Literally a stone's throw away to Bartley MRT - which connects residents to other parts of Singapore. I am super excited when the Circle line becomes a full circle - aka when they connect Dhoby Ghaut to HarbourFront. I like that they are also building sheltered walkway from the station and bus stop to the condo - which eases the pain of having to walk under heavy rain (if and when that happens). The condo looks extremely new (albeit 2 years old when residents started moving in 2016). Developer is a joint JV with reputable stakeholders such as Hong Leong, and CDL - and you can see the rich facilities and efficient unit layout being thought through. I am honestly looking forward to the development of the Bidadari town which is behind the Bartley landscape. That will open up other amentities and pathway to the park - which is great for families and dog lovers. For investors, the location of this place opens up opportunities for people working in Tai Seng, Serangoon, and Paya Lebar areas - all can be easily accessible by bus or train. For those who have decided to make this area your home, I have been exploring other residential options in other condos such as The Minton, 8@Woodleigh, Bartley Residences, Nin Residence and Sennett Residence for a while now, and this condo stood out for me for 2 reasons (other things ceteris paribus) - 1. Full fledged condo facilities and lesser units, and 2. very efficient unit layout and a great plot of land still classified under D13 and to the connectivity of the Circle Line. Disclaimer: I am not a property agent but have recently purchased a 2+1 unit.

Amazing condo with great facilities! Rooms are spacious and buildings well maintained. Close to Bartley MRT but in the back of the condo is a military camp where daily some noise is to be expected. At the night though all very quite ;-)
