The other male staff in specs is also not wearing his mask properly and tasting the ice creams and licking his fingers. Observed not washing his hands before serving ice cream. No gloves worn plus putting his hands on the cups prior to scooping.. low hygiene standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make a regular query over the phone. The store manager (Sheila) is super friendly and expert in recommending the ice cream cake. It feels like a VIP treatment to me! Shelia never fails to put on a smile. Thank you for accommodating my endless questions and reserve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls educate your staff to be responsible.. put on their mask properly, I was there and the staff did not put on the mask properly exposing the nose and mouth even when scooping ice cream.. you are in the F&B industry, hygiene is the priority, you shld practice and yet I can see this in front of me.

It’s really quiet during weekdays afternoon so it’s a good place to hang out with the kids while waiting for adults to do their groceries ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream was good, taste is on the sweeter side. The cones are sometimes a lil stale, would be better if they kept it in air tight containers to retain the crispiness. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful except for a few. I was once ignored for 10 minutes because she was prioritising grab orders.
