★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only stores nearby that offers battery replacement. Good and friendly service. Tho communications are slow. They would tell you that once they are done they will let you know but you are the one that need to ask for it. Also did not remind me that the first charge of computer battery needs to be a certain hour first so unfortunately would not be able to prolong my battery life as much as I want to. Hence now the drainage of battery is slightly worse than my previous spoiled battery. But overall I'm still significantly saving my electricity bills compared to previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had important documents on my laptop and my sibling spilled coffee on the keyboard and it couldnt turn on. Time was of the essence and i was so stressed i quickly took it here. Such a miracle they managed to repair it legit. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my laptop for a damaged screen repair to the shop and got some very decent advise from the engineer at the shop. He checked the laptop and correctly identified the issue while advising me a solution that met my requirements. Service is also timely and appropriate although communication can at times can be slow as he is alone handling the shop, repairs and customers all at once. Apart from this I didn't see any other issue. Staff is helpful and cheerful. Would recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a rush to get a very old laptop (2007 Lenovo 3000 N200 with spoilt graphics card) fixed before 2022. After checking many shops, KH was the one which quoted the lowest price with no hidden charges, at $150 for motherboard issues. And owing to the age of the laptop, parts were in poor supply. Yet, Steven, who worked on it, managed to fix it up in time and even helped to install an OS on an otherwise empty harddisk. All this with 2 months warranty. He also allowed me to pick it up at a location closer to home and was willing to provide technical help over the phone. For sheer professionalism, cost, going the extra mile, and achieving what others could not, this deserves 5 stars. The only downside is that their shop is at Punggol, which many folks find too far to travel to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Life saver! Had a loose hinge issue and it was settled in 2 days - inclusive of the day i sent for repair. Professional and fuss-free service and price quoted was reasonable. Thought a deposit was required, but i only need to pay upon collection of laptop.
Do note that KingHub PC Repair Center is in the shop name “Gadget Story”.
