Receptionist friendly and I really like how this place is fuss-free and no persuasion to sign on any package at all. Such a pleasant experience. Will be back!

I reached at 1140am, and was caught by surprise when the counter lady told me that my massage will only start at 12pm as she saw a mistake in the booking timings. I told her that I could not take an hour starting from 12pm as my son finishes his playgroup session at 1245pm. I think it's only a professional courtesy to notify me in advance on her mistake, not when I've already arrived at their door step and after making payment. The franchise's only saving grace: She did offer me to take up 40 minute massage instead of an hour and gave me back a refund.

All the way massage my body but there is no massage on the legs or at all. Wasted my 58$ for a 1 hour session. Will definitely not recommend this to other people in the future. Sorry

I felt so much better and found myself naturally sitting up straight after his massage. I like very strong massages and he definately has the strength. He was also very caring and gave tips/reminders on my posture. Thumbs up.

Walked pass and saw Xpress foot wellness, i was guided with several services however, i was abit nasty to the receptionist because i was having sores but the receptionist still greeted me happily. She recommended me to a Senior therapist, Emily who treated my sore back. I told them i will come back with a review and here is it. Thank you xpress foot massage and team! Especially to the receptionist! ☺️ Good Job Guys! ????

Before we began she asked if I wish to do the oil massage or the finger pressure one so it means customers have two choices. I chose the latter in the end and now feeling lighter than before. Lisa applied sufficient pressure on my knots and when I told her that my lower back usually has ache issues, she kneaded those parts really well. Some other body parts she pressed abit harder than expected and it felt painful but I feel good after that. Also I wish to compliment the receptionist, a young lady, she greeted everyone so warmly and is very attentive to the customers. I forgot to ask for her name, but I wish every frontline staff is like her. Anyway I will visit again since location and price is good on top of the experience I have had ?

Nice and firm (how I like it) and most importantly accurate to press the problem spots. Professional and no hard selling. I've only come to the Oasis Terraces outlet but heard good things about the Sengkang outlet too.

My masseur was Lisa, didn't expect her strength to be so powerful, had to ask her to lower her strength & she adjusted it well. Did a 60 mins body massage & 20mins cupping. She is quite knowledgeable & knows exactly where is my knots & she puts lots of effort to undo them. Plus points is she doesn't talk much & only ask relevant questions. Cons: Was expecting some massage on the foot but there wasn't any, maybe it's not included. Plus points: Masseur is great, best is NO hard selling of packages? just need to spend min. $60 & you will become a member, members will get $2 off their massage every session. Price is reasonable, will come back again next time!
