★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of northstar casual sneakers recently at the store, but yellow patches all round the shoe after 1 wash, without detergent and without prolong sunlight exposure, only water. They have asked to return and will polish with white and claim is due to chemical reaction! Please do consider buying this product, I will for sure think thrice before going for my next purchase again. Totally disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for years, down from school shoes to casual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 5star as loved their collection and at reasonable rates but sales girl was very unprofessional and not at all helpful. I wanted a particular size to be checked in other nearby outlet in pensilvania mall as plaza singapura bata had a defective one but she refused saying they do not pick calls as they are very busy. I had already bought a pair of ballerina and didn't want to travel all the way to that mall and fing nothing. But this girl was showing herself so busy with just 2 customers in the store.
