The service provided was excellent , the staff was attentive and recommended me some very good Shoe especially Lucas.

Great service from Lucas, went in for new shoes for playi the they were super helpful with suggestions and letting me try a wide range of shoes.

Sold me 2 defective products, rejected by GOAT. There was a 3-month gap between the time I bought from them and when GOAT shared with me that the items were defective (discolouration and yellowing). Sneakers Club claims it has been too long and there's nothing they can do about the sale. The shoes were sitting in my house in an air-conditioned room everyday, unworn and brand new. Do not make purchases from them unless you scrutinise every tiny detail (unless you are fine with walking around in defective shoes). I will never buy from them ever again. Horrible service.

Had a fulfilling experience there. Staff member Lucas helped me to find the shoe that I feel most comfortable with. Very knowledgeable and definitely makes you feel at home.

With the intention of getting an nba jersey as a birthday gift to me friend,i actually walk into this shop in orchard gateway. The disappointment, came when i started asking price for each of the jersey that i want. One of the conversation that strike me was when the guy cant hear me clearly asking for the price, which i think he acted deaf like he cant hear properly,and the way he looked at me from head to toe, somehow with the impression like i do not have the money to buy the jersey from the shop. With that bad experience, i decided to get it online from the website. After making the payment, i saw very clearly with my own eyes,that it stated there 1-3 working days. After waiting for 3 working days, which is 6th of April, I started to wonder has my shipment arrived? I texted my friend and asked him whether did he received any parcels, which he told me did not. I kept on waiting, and checking with my friend again, which i got the same answer, until i decided to send an email to u guys on 9th april(which was yesterday), because i am in overseas. Unfortunately, they replied me and told me “ sorry for the inconvenience, we will deliver it to you by tomorrow”. Sorry for “inconvenience”, seriously? After how u guys disappoint me from my first visit, disrupted my plan on giving a surprise gift to my friend which was supposed to be last week, and after all of that, a simple sentence by just telling me you guys will deliver it tomorrow? As a matter of fact, no explanation was given on any valid reasons for the late delivery until i emailed u guys? Seriously, you guys treat your customers like a fool? I think i deserve more than that!Thank you!

Sales guy on evening of Thursday 26 May 2022, (bespectacled, buff, around 1.85m) was extremely aloof when my boy asked if he could try one shot of the basketball into the hoop (in the store). My boy asked politely. This sales guy did not reply AT ALL and instead stared down at him, giving him the most condescending look ever, as if he was intimidating my son with the message 'No'. Basic customer service is Key to every retail experience. Retail store is tastefully decked out but with this particular salesperson, the experience was Awful. When I queried, he was dishonest, defensive and said he said no. I witnessed the whole exchange - he did not say anything at all. Extremely disappointing.

10/10 experience. Solid Service and Quality of shoes. Went to look for basketball shoes to buy and was warmly welcomed by staff Lucas Poh who gave a clear and concise yet informative review on each shoe and its' pros and cons. Buying shoes has never been a more pleasant experience as Lucas meticulously helped me try on each pair of shoes to see which pair suited my liking best. 100% would come again. Shoes are also comfortable and stylish.

Staff very friendly and professional , the shop very cool with some rap song. Most of the basketball shoes and jersey I never see at other shop before , most of the shoes very beautiful and good price!!! Thank you Sneakers Club.
