DMK Plaza Singapura - 68 Orchard Rd

Been a loyal buyer of DMK for about 5 years. Their shoe cuttings really suit my feet and are comfortable without needing to break in the shoes much. The problem is that the membership requirements are ridiculous.

Customer service is not good, or maybe they 'choose' who to serve? Request politely once to try my size and the lady just replied rudely to wait. NEX branch CS is much better.

I would like to commend on Angelina Tang and Grace Phoon who make my shopping experience a truly enjoyable 1. Both the staff is very approachable and friendly towards me. Especially Angelina Tang who has assisted me with over 25 pairs of shoes to choose from and she has also given me some useful advice on how to select the correct type of shoes for my feet. As I have sensitive flat foot, it’s very hard for me to select the most suitable of shoes likely I have her who has given me good advice and she alway serve me with a sincere smile despite the fact that there is a number of customers who is also shopping at the same time. Similarly Grace is being very patient by helping me with the calculations of the selling price of the shoes. Thank you so much ladies for being such a nice personality staff toward me. The staff is so rude. Had to try on many pairs as past experience from past purchase showed that the shoe quality is terrible. The staff kept staring at me and was very unhelpful. I gave up on buying shoes from this brand anymore. Sophia Ng-Teo

Writing on behalf of my partner. Very bad customer service experience she had. Also, just 2 days after wearing her heels, the back part fell off. She should have listened to me and just buy from Charles & Keith instead of settling for something cheaper at DMK.

Shoes are comfortable and pricing is considered more affordable than Charles & Keith, but quality is really terrible. Straps for sandals broke after 3 days of wearing.

Scene at Singpost, Paya Lebar Outlet around 0730pm. Attended by a VERY VERY VERY RUDE chinese short hair old lady wear blue white strips shirt. On my last visit I think 2 months before there was an old man looks like having some health issues on his legs/voice but was superb customer oriented-personality. Because of him I endup buying 3 pairs of shoes. I still have the receipt if u want. He dont felt tired or act rude towards me as I was kept trying shoes that really suit me as my size is 40 or slightly high depends on the design. He dont show me any rudeness when I asked him to try on rest of other pairs. And was so energetic person. But this lady yesterday was just opposite to that. When I want to try my 2nd shoe she allready started to show her rudeness and she told me "just now u tried 40 its fit fr u so u no need to try 41 la". Then she just threw the box inappropriate way. My husband told me; just buy 1 pair of shoe and get out frm the store. So I just bought a pair which was not my liking too it was because she dont want to let me try other shoes maybe she is lazy or what I dont know. The last shoes I purchase I asked her whether she can help me to put holes extra. She said: "if u buy". Walaw!! Ure looking poor at customers?! R u sure? *** Bcoz of this kind of arrogant attitude from the chinese old lady I end up buying only 1 pair and left the shop. So management u all still want to keep this kind of employee?!
