★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the kcuts branch at White sands on the 11 September 2021 and am deeply unhappy with the service given to me. The hairdresser SK ONG was Unprofessional, giving a half baked haircut using solely 1 hand when cutting, allowing someone else to cut my queue and also nearly poking my eye out while operating the scissors and hairdryer.
Having waited for 45 minutes, the least I can expect is to get a haircut in a safe way and with basic levels of professionalism. Clearly this is not evident in this incident

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient. However, they really need to change their payment machine. Haircut is $12 but their machine only accepts $10 and $2 note; no coins nor can we tap with cash card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time there so I wasn't familiar with the process. Hairdresser was busy and noticed I was waiting. I waited 10mins outside the shop in the q line. A guy walked into the shop and bought his ticket. I was then told to buy the tickets first. So the hairdresser served the guy who bought the ticket first instead of me who was there for 10 minutes queueing. It wasn't even crowded as I was the only one in the q. I left without even getting my haircut. Waste of $12. Will boycott this brand due to its horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the timings here and it says until 10. Visited at 9:30 and guy says it’s closed and always closes at 9:30. Either update timing or make sure it’s open till 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service us not as fast and convenient as before. I went there at 11am and there were 4 people in the queue. It took me more than 1 hour for my turn with only 1 stylist available. I also don't know why they can't implement a cashless system with SMS notification. I had to go into the newrby bookstore to buy something I didn't even need just to get the exact change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straightforward, clean, no-nonsense saloon. Pay at the machine, pick a token and wait for your number. Alice did a quick and neat haircut for me. Can get really busy on weekends!
Only drawback: wish they accepted other payments like NETS, PayWave etc.
