★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that though the staff at Bata are approachable and friendly, this Bata store, in my opinion, has too few sizes. When I went there, I had to buy a shoe size one or two sizes smaller than what was comfortable for me. You are better off going to another Bata store somewhere else in Singapore. They had just about enough variety of shoes, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from the male staff who was patient & gave my mum suggestions. My mum bought 2 pairs of sandals.
However I had problem scanning the receipt for capitastar points as the receipt was rejected due to the name of the mall stated on Bata receipt as Bedok Shopping ML. It should be Bedok Mall.
